incida en inconstitucionalidad, integrantes de la XVI Legislatura del Congreso del Estado en conjunto con magistradas y magistrados del Tribunal Superior de Justicia del Poder Judicial, revisaron aspectos legales de la iniciativa de reforma de la denominada \u201c3 de 3\u201c, que busca que quienes tengan antecedentes de responsabilidad de violencia intrafamiliar, lesiones, violaci\u00f3n, acoso o de ser deudor alimentario, quede imposibilitado para contender u ostentar un cargo p\u00fablico.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0En este primer acercamiento del Poder Legislativo con el Poder Judicial al que tambi\u00e9n asisti\u00f3 la representaci\u00f3n del Poder Ejecutivo a trav\u00e9s de la Consejer\u00eda Jur\u00eddica, se analizaron aspectos referentes a el c\u00f3mo se conformar\u00eda el Registro de Deudores Alimentarios, a qu\u00e9 dependencia le corresponder\u00eda integrarlo. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">Con la asistencia tambi\u00e9n de jueces del Poder Judicial y asesores legislativos, se hizo un ejercicio de derecho comparado en el que se analizaron legislaciones de otros Estados de la Rep\u00fablica, con el fin de que el dictamen que se elaborar\u00e1 no genere alguna inconstitucionalidad, violaci\u00f3n de derechos o de discriminaci\u00f3n. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">Cabe recordar que la propuesta de reforma tambi\u00e9n busca imposibilitar a quienes tengan antecedentes en los delitos de ciberacoso, hostigamiento, feminicidio, violencia vicaria, violencia pol\u00edtica y otros. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">El diputado Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Avil\u00e9s, Presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente de Puntos Constitucionales y de Justicia, dijo que estos tipos de ejercicios de consulta entre poderes seguir\u00e1n en \u00e9sta y otras iniciativas de menor complejidad, <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">Por su parte el Presidente Magistrado del Tribunal Superior de Justicia celebr\u00f3 la convocatoria del Poder Legislativo, y consider\u00f3 que en lo sucesivo deber\u00e1 ser la din\u00e1mica que deber\u00e1n trabajar. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"LO-normal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Participaron en este encuentro el diputado Luis Armando D\u00edaz, las diputadas Mar\u00eda Guadalupe Moreno, Gabriela Cisneros, Teresita Valent\u00edn, Mar\u00eda Luisa Ojeda, Mar\u00eda Luisa Trejo, Guadalupe
