Consejo General Universitario, el rector de la instituci\u00f3n, Dr. Dante Salgado Gonz\u00e1lez, y la secretaria general del sindicato, Aracely Moncayo Lucero, en compa\u00f1\u00eda de cuerpo directivo e integrantes de la comisi\u00f3n negociadora y comit\u00e9 ejecutivo sindical, firmaron el acuerdo cuya propuesta comprende un incremento salarial del 4% por ciento y de 2% en prestaciones no ligadas al salario.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Al respecto, el rector reconoci\u00f3 la postura solidaria y sensible del gremio, que una vez m\u00e1s dej\u00f3 patente su compromiso institucional, responsabilidad social y conciencia de la situaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica que se vive en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Tambi\u00e9n subray\u00f3 su apertura al di\u00e1logo, siempre en la v\u00eda de buscar coincidencias para construir propuestas en favor de ambas partes, pero sobre todo que deriven en un beneficio mayor que es el de una universidad estable y activa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Dijo que la autoridad es totalmente consciente de las necesidades de su personal, quien pone un esfuerzo m\u00e1ximo en cada una de sus tareas y, muchas veces, en un ejercicio de civilidad y conciencia, sacrifica parte de sus aspiraciones leg\u00edtimas de mejorar sus condiciones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\u201cEsto lo agradecemos mucho y en correspondencia siempre tratamos de atender esas necesidades.
