{"id":121483,"date":"2023-02-12T13:24:38","date_gmt":"2023-02-12T20:24:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=121483"},"modified":"2023-02-12T13:24:38","modified_gmt":"2023-02-12T20:24:38","slug":"condenan-al-miguelito-por-homicidio-con-ventaja-y-sana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=121483","title":{"rendered":"Condenan al \u201cMiguelito\u201d por homicidio con ventaja y sa\u00f1a"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-121484 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/329145801_1302668530286163_6271147033104988579_n-1-681x492.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"343\" height=\"248\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/329145801_1302668530286163_6271147033104988579_n-1-681x492.jpeg 681w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/329145801_1302668530286163_6271147033104988579_n-1-150x108.jpeg 150w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/329145801_1302668530286163_6271147033104988579_n-1-768x555.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/329145801_1302668530286163_6271147033104988579_n-1.jpeg 959w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 343px) 100vw, 343px\" \/>Luego de tomar en cuenta los elementos presentados durante las diversas etapas que componen un proceso penal, por la agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Unidad de Investigaci\u00f3n y Judicializaci\u00f3n de Delito de Homicidio Doloso, de Ciudad Constituci\u00f3n, el Tribunal Unitario de Enjuiciamiento, emiti\u00f3 fallo condenatorio contra el ahora sentenciado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Los hechos que condujeron a este fallo condenatorio, se\u00f1alan que el 1 de enero de 2022, en un domicilio que se ubica en el poblado de Villa Ignacio Zaragoza, municipio de Comond\u00fa, Jos\u00e9 Miguel \u201cN\u201d, de apodo \u201cEl Migueito\u201d, lanz\u00f3 combustible y prendi\u00f3 fuego a un hombre identificado como Jos\u00e9 Alfredo \u201cN\u201d, de apodo \u201cEl Topo\u201d, ocasion\u00e1ndole la muerte.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Por lo anterior y ante los hechos denunciados ante la PGJE, la Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Unidad en menci\u00f3n, inici\u00f3 una carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n y comenz\u00f3 a recabar datos de prueba contundentes, en coordinaci\u00f3n con investigaci\u00f3n Pericial y agentes de Investigaci\u00f3n Criminal, con lo que consigui\u00f3 del Juzgador el auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Luego de encabezar las diligencias durante las diversas etapas procesales, as\u00ed como de realizar el an\u00e1lisis de los elementos presentados por la agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico en el Juicio Oral efectuado el viernes 10 del mes en curso; determin\u00f3 la responsabilidad de Jos\u00e9 Miguel \u201cN\u201d por el delito de homicidio con ventaja y sa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La audiencia de individualizaci\u00f3n de sanciones ser\u00e1 el pr\u00f3ximo 16 de febrero.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Luego de tomar en cuenta los elementos presentados durante las diversas etapas que componen un proceso penal, por la agente<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":121484,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[22],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-121483","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-policiacas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
