{"id":121781,"date":"2023-02-21T19:27:03","date_gmt":"2023-02-22T02:27:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=121781"},"modified":"2023-02-21T19:27:03","modified_gmt":"2023-02-22T02:27:03","slug":"si-no-te-llega-el-agua-que-te-la-descuenten-de-tu-recibo-rigo-mares","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=121781","title":{"rendered":"Si no te llega el agua, que te la descuenten de tu recibo: Rigo Mares"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-121782 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/DIP-RIGOBERTO-MARES-AGUILAR-230221-1-743x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"357\" height=\"236\" \/>El diputado Rigoberto Mares Aguilar present\u00f3 una iniciativa que sugiere que se aplique una reducci\u00f3n al pago del servicio en caso de restricci\u00f3n o falta de suministro de agua, la cual debe ser proporcional a los d\u00edas en que el usuario no recibi\u00f3 el suministro del vital l\u00edquido.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Mares Aguilar resalt\u00f3 que lo que se pretende es asegurar el pago justo, promoviendo que el c\u00e1lculo de las tarifas pagadas por el usuario se corresponda con el suministro real de agua, y que cuando falte el suministro, el pago se reduzca en la misma proporci\u00f3n que los d\u00edas en los que el servicio no estaba disponible.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\u201cHay usuarios que se quejan de que han estado hasta 15 d\u00edas sin agua, pero que a\u00fan as\u00ed tienen que pagar completo el servicio, lo cual es claramente injusto\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La propuesta consiste en agregar un p\u00e1rrafo al art\u00edculo 105 y otro p\u00e1rrafo al art\u00edculo 110 de la Ley de Aguas del Estado de Baja California Sur para aplicar un esquema de reducci\u00f3n a las f\u00f3rmulas de las tarifas del servicio de suministro de agua en caso de restricci\u00f3n o falta de suministro de agua, el cual deber\u00e1 ser proporcional a los d\u00edas en que el usuario no recibi\u00f3 el suministro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El diputado Rigo Mares Aguilar recalc\u00f3 que \u201cno es justo que los ciudadanos tengan que pagar por el servicio que reciben de manera irregular e insuficiente.\u201d La propuesta sugiere que se aplique una reducci\u00f3n en el pago del servicio cuando el suministro de agua est\u00e9 restringido o no se brinde, para brindar una compensaci\u00f3n justa a los ciudadanos que no reciben un suministro continuo de agua.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El diputado Rigoberto Mares Aguilar present\u00f3 una iniciativa que sugiere que se aplique una reducci\u00f3n al pago del servicio en<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[48],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-121781","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-congreso-de-bcs"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.8 -
