{"id":121796,"date":"2023-02-21T19:37:17","date_gmt":"2023-02-22T02:37:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=121796"},"modified":"2023-02-21T19:37:17","modified_gmt":"2023-02-22T02:37:17","slug":"queda-en-prision-preventiva-manuel-n-por-violacion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=121796","title":{"rendered":"Queda en prisi\u00f3n preventiva Manuel \u201cN\u201d por violaci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-121797 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/DIP-MARIA-GUADALUPE-MORENO-HIGUERA-230221-5-1-744x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"320\" height=\"212\" \/>La Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE), por medio de la Unidad de Atenci\u00f3n a V\u00edctimas de Delitos Sexuales y Contra la Familia, logr\u00f3 la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de un hombre por el delito de violaci\u00f3n en agravio de una mujer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Durante la audiencia inicial por orden de aprehensi\u00f3n que se realiz\u00f3 el domingo 1 del mes en curso en el Centro de Justicia Penal de La Paz, el Juez de Control determin\u00f3 que se reunieron datos de prueba suficientes en contra del imputado, Manuel \u201cN\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Como medida cautelar se estableci\u00f3 la prisi\u00f3n preventiva en contra del sujeto, adem\u00e1s se otorg\u00f3 un plazo de dos meses para la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El hecho que se le atribuye sucedi\u00f3 el 22 de diciembre del 2022, en un rancho que se ubica en la carretera al aeropuerto de La Paz, cuando presumiblemente el imputado agredi\u00f3 sexualmente a la v\u00edctima.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Manuel \u201cN\u201d, enfrenta su proceso penal ante la autoridad judicial, donde result\u00f3 vinculado a proceso, luego del trabajo de litigaci\u00f3n de agentes del Ministerio P\u00fablico, peritos y agentes de Investigaci\u00f3n Criminal, de la Unidad en menci\u00f3n, por lo que estar\u00e1 interno en el Centro Penitenciario de La Paz, en prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE), por medio de la Unidad de Atenci\u00f3n a V\u00edctimas de Delitos Sexuales<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[22],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-121796","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-policiacas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.8 -
