XVII Ayuntamiento de Muleg\u00e9, en representaci\u00f3n de la alcaldesa, Edith Aguilar Villavicencio, encabez\u00f3 el evento de conmemoraci\u00f3n del 85 Aniversario de la Expropiaci\u00f3n Petrolera que se celebra cada 18 de marzo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El acto c\u00edvico que tuvo lugar en la Casa de la Cultura Federico Galaz Ram\u00edrez, mismo que estuvo a cargo de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Arte y Cultura municipal; cont\u00f3 con la presencia de C\u00e9sar Antonio Beltr\u00e1n, director general de cultura; los regidores Luis S\u00e1ndez Aguilar y Yahaira Contreras; Cristian Adalid Hern\u00e1ndez Nieto, Comisario de Tr\u00e1nsito y Seguridad P\u00fablica; V\u00edctor Manuel L\u00f3pez Enr\u00edquez, capit\u00e1n de la cuarta zona naval y el comandante Miguel \u00c1ngel Oma\u00f1a Santiago, representante de la 40ta Zona Militar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Durante su intervenci\u00f3n, C\u00e9sar Antonio Beltr\u00e1n, director general de cultura en el municipio, destac\u00f3 la importancia de esta fecha hist\u00f3rica donde, por iniciativa del general L\u00e1zaro C\u00e1rdenas, se pondera el desarrollo y progreso de la industria petrolera a trav\u00e9s del decreto mediante el cual se oficializa la apropiaci\u00f3n legal por parte del Gobierno Federal del petr\u00f3leo que explotaban 17 compa\u00f1\u00edas en M\u00e9xico as\u00ed como la creaci\u00f3n de PEMEX.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Francisco Javier Arce, secretario general del H.
