un 20% en el corredor tur\u00edstico del Municipio de Los Cabos, dado factores como el crecimiento exponencial de la localidad en sus diferentes sectores, la ocurrencia de accidentes automovil\u00edsticos con graves consecuencias, p\u00e9rdida de tiempo que impacta en la productividad de las y los ciudadanos, altos niveles de contaminaci\u00f3n y estr\u00e9s, la diputada Lorena Marbella Gonz\u00e1lez D\u00edaz (FXM), propuso como una soluci\u00f3n a corto plazo, implementar el programa \u201cHoy No Circula\u201d en ese municipio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Por tal motivo, Gonz\u00e1lez D\u00edaz, solicit\u00f3 que se exhorte al Gobernador del Estado, \u00a0V\u00edctor Manuel Castro Cos\u00edo, as\u00ed como al profesor \u00d3scar Legss Castro, Presidente Municipal de Los Cabos, para que en coordinaci\u00f3n con los sectores social, p\u00fablico y privado del municipio de Los Cabos, valoren la viabilidad de establecer el programa \u201cHoy no Circula\u201d, en las ciudades de Cabo San Lucas, San Jos\u00e9 del Cabo y comunidades conurbadas, que de concretarse dejar\u00eda en circulaci\u00f3n entre lunes y viernes a 40 mil veh\u00edculos diariamente, haciendo m\u00e1s fluido el tr\u00e1fico y disminuyendo las problem\u00e1ticas antes mencionadas, principalmente en el corredor tur\u00edstico San Jos\u00e9- Cabo San Lucas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Al respecto, la legisladora plante\u00f3 que la solicitud se sostiene en raz\u00f3n de las cifras obtenidas del INEGI, Gobierno del Estado, Instituto Estatal Electoral y el Ayuntamiento de Los Cabos, en donde se aprecia un crecimiento exponencial de Los Cabos, en los sectores de desarrollo social y econ\u00f3mico, as\u00ed como del padr\u00f3n vehicular de acuerdo con el informe de la Direcci\u00f3n del Registro P\u00fablico Vehicular de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica del Gobierno del Estado de BCS, el cual increment\u00f3 en un 50% en los \u00faltimos ocho a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En la discusi\u00f3n del tema, el diputado Luis Armando D\u00edaz (PT), solicit\u00f3 que se realice un estudio t\u00e9cnico de fondo, mismo que deber\u00e1 ser analizado por la Comisi\u00f3n Especial de Movilidad y Seguridad Vial, que permita hacer una valoraci\u00f3n exhaustiva, a fin de mejorar el planteamiento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Por su parte el diputado Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Avil\u00e9s Castro (Morena) coincidi\u00f3 con su hom\u00f3logo y agreg\u00f3 que es importante enfocarlo tambi\u00e9n en el tema de la contaminaci\u00f3n y\u00a0 considerar el impacto presupuestal, de modo que, de incluirse el an\u00e1lisis a la Comisi\u00f3n Especial de Movilidad y Seguridad Vial, se cuenten con todos los elementos necesarios para que se sensibilice a los conductores que no circular\u00e1n y conozcan las ventajas, de ser factible el aplicarse dicho programa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Por mayor\u00eda de votos el punto de acuerdo fue turnado a la Comisi\u00f3n Especial de Movilidad y Seguridad
