el objetivo de otorgar acciones de promoci\u00f3n y prevenci\u00f3n de salud bucal, el Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS) en Baja California Sur llevar\u00e1 a cabo la Primera Feria de la Salud Bucal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El supervisor de Estomatolog\u00eda, doctor Carlos Paredes Romero, indic\u00f3 que las puertas de los servicios dentales est\u00e1n abiertas a partir de las 8:00 a 14:00 y de 14:00 a 20:00 horas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\u201cCon esta jornada buscamos intensificar las actividades de prevenci\u00f3n y promoci\u00f3n para la salud bucal, para fomentar el autocuidado de la salud bucal en la poblaci\u00f3n derechohabiente\u201d, resalt\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Paredes Romero se\u00f1al\u00f3 que dentro de esta jornada se realizar\u00e1n diagn\u00f3sticos oportunos de alg\u00fan padecimiento bucodental.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Indic\u00f3 que las\u00a0caries dentales,\u00a0 la presencia de placa bacteriana y el c\u00e1lculo dental son de los problemas m\u00e1s frecuentes en la poblaci\u00f3n\u00a0 provocando enfermedades como destrucci\u00f3n de los \u00f3rganos dentales, presencia de mal aliento y p\u00e9rdida dental por enfermedad periodontal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Por lo anterior, mencion\u00f3 que es\u00a0 importante las revisiones peri\u00f3dicas con el odont\u00f3logo con la finalidad de evitar la aparici\u00f3n de patolog\u00edas bucodentales relacionadas con los antecedentes heredofamiliares como la hipertensi\u00f3n y diabetes o bien por deficiencia de higiene bucal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\u201cNuestros estomat\u00f3logos realizar\u00e1n un examen bucal para la prevenci\u00f3n de las enfermedades bucodentales otorgando un plan de tratamiento para una atenci\u00f3n integral\u201d, afirm\u00f3 el especialista.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Indic\u00f3 que dentro de los servicios que ofrece el Instituto se encuentran:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Restauraciones dentales como amalgama.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Limpiezas dentales.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eliminaci\u00f3n de sarro.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Extracciones.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Farmacoterapia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De igual manera se realiza:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aplicaci\u00f3n de t\u00f3pico de fl\u00faor.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Control de placa dentobacteriana.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">T\u00e9cnica de cepillado.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">T\u00e9cnica de uso de hilo dental.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Finalmente, el supervisor de Estomatolog\u00eda, doctor Carlos Romero Paredes, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que es recomendable visitar al dentista por lo menos cada 6 meses, as\u00ed como cepillarse los dientes 3 veces al d\u00eda o despu\u00e9s de cada alimento, usar hilo dental, enjuagues bucales,
