{"id":123131,"date":"2023-04-02T17:54:04","date_gmt":"2023-04-02T23:54:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=123131"},"modified":"2023-04-02T17:54:04","modified_gmt":"2023-04-02T23:54:04","slug":"inicia-pgje-investigacion-por-cuatro-personas-sin-vida-en-la-paz","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=123131","title":{"rendered":"Inicia PGJE investigaci\u00f3n por cuatro personas sin vida en La Paz"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-123132 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/PHOTO-2023-04-02-13-33-22-656x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"343\" height=\"257\" \/>La Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE), a trav\u00e9s de agentes de investigaci\u00f3n, iniciaron las indagatorias respectivas, tras el hallazgo de los cuerpos sin vida de cuatro personas en un domicilio de la colonia Vicente Guerrero, en La Paz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Aproximadamente a las 8:35 horas de este domingo 2 de abril del 2023, fue reportado al n\u00famero de emergencias que hab\u00eda personas lesionadas en un domicilio ubicado en las calles Degollado entre M\u00e9xico y Melit\u00f3n Alba\u00f1ez, en la colonia en menci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Los elementos de la Agencia Estatal de Investigaci\u00f3n Criminal (AEIC) se dieron cita en el sitio, corroborando lo anterior, teniendo a la vista el cuerpo sin vida de 2 personas del sexo masculino y dos del sexo femenino, quienes a simple vista presentaban heridas por arma de fuego.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Los occisos a\u00fan no han sido identificados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Por lo anterior, peritos de la Direcci\u00f3n de Servicios Periciales realizaron el levantamiento de los cuerpos de las v\u00edctimas para trasladarlos al Servicio M\u00e9dico Forense (SEMEFO) para la pr\u00e1ctica de la necropsia de ley.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De igual forma, especialistas en materia de criminal\u00edstica de campo, realizaron el an\u00e1lisis y procesamiento del lugar de intervenci\u00f3n, para buscar y levantar toda clase de indicios con la debida cadena de custodia y los trasladaron a\u00a0los laboratorios de la instituci\u00f3n para su an\u00e1lisis y posterior dictamen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Unidad Especializada en la Investigaci\u00f3n del Delito de Homicidio Doloso, inicio\u0301 la carpeta correspondiente para realizar los peritajes necesarios que lleven al esclarecimiento del hecho.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE), a trav\u00e9s de agentes de investigaci\u00f3n, iniciaron las indagatorias respectivas, tras el<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_dont_email_post_to_subs":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paywalled_content":false,"_jetpack_feature_clip_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2},"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false},"categories":[22],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-123131","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-policiacas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.0 -
