{"id":123404,"date":"2023-04-12T22:39:34","date_gmt":"2023-04-13T04:39:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=123404"},"modified":"2023-04-12T22:39:34","modified_gmt":"2023-04-13T04:39:34","slug":"en-mayo-dictamen-de-armonizacion-de-movilidad-y-seguridad-vial-diputado-manuel-guerrero","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=123404","title":{"rendered":"En mayo dictamen de armonizaci\u00f3n de Movilidad y Seguridad vial: diputado Manuel Guerrero"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-123405 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/DIP-MANUEL-GUERRERO-230412-743x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"341\" height=\"226\" \/>En el presente periodo ordinario de sesiones, espec\u00edficamente en tres semanas m\u00e1s se presentar\u00e1 el dictamen de la Comisi\u00f3n de Movilidad a la armonizaci\u00f3n de la Ley de Movilidad y Seguridad Vial para Baja California Sur, inform\u00f3 el diputado Denny Manuel Guerrero Cruz, presidente de la comisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Tras una reuni\u00f3n de la comisi\u00f3n especial sostenida con asesores parlamentarios y el Coordinador de la Fracci\u00f3n de Morena diputado Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Avil\u00e9s Castro, Guerrero Cruz dijo que en esta mesa de trabajo se abord\u00f3 de manera especial la prevenci\u00f3n de accidentes viales que se han suscitado tanto en Los Cabos como en La Paz, en donde tan s\u00f3lo en la semana pasada del periodo vacacional hubo lamentables p\u00e9rdidas humanas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\u201cLos problemas viales que se han presentado tan fuertes en Los Cabos como en La Paz, es algo que me preocupa, por eso quiero agilizar el dictamen y agradezco a mis compa\u00f1eros de la comisi\u00f3n, el diputado Luis Armando D\u00edaz, a la diputada Gabriela Montoya como al profesor Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Avil\u00e9s, el apoyo a todos los acuerdos\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El presidente de la comisi\u00f3n de movilidad dijo que en breve pedir\u00e1 el apoyo a legisladoras y legisladoras de la XVI Legislatura de Baja California Sur para que aprueben la propuesta de dictamen que se presentar\u00e1 tentativamente en tres semanas m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Cabe recordar que en 2022 y en lo que va de 2023 se han desarrollado m\u00e1s de seis mesas de trabajo con la participaci\u00f3n de iniciadores de iniciativas ciudadanas, instituciones de los tres \u00f3rdenes de gobierno, asociaciones civiles, grupos transportistas y asesores parlamentarios, donde se han analizado el articulado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Denny Manuel Guerrero Cruz afirm\u00f3 que \u201ccomo congreso estatal estamos obligados a realizar la armonizaci\u00f3n, pero tambi\u00e9n se van a plasmar en el articulado todas las propuestas ciudadanas que vimos en las mesas de trabajo del a\u00f1o pasado\u201d, concluy\u00f3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En el presente periodo ordinario de sesiones, espec\u00edficamente en tres semanas m\u00e1s se presentar\u00e1 el dictamen de la Comisi\u00f3n de<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[48],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-123404","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-congreso-de-bcs"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
