{"id":123407,"date":"2023-04-12T22:43:32","date_gmt":"2023-04-13T04:43:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=123407"},"modified":"2023-04-12T22:43:32","modified_gmt":"2023-04-13T04:43:32","slug":"encabeza-congreso-1er-encuentro-de-parlamento-abierto-con-sepada-y-sepuimm","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=123407","title":{"rendered":"Encabeza Congreso 1er Encuentro de Parlamento Abierto con SEPADA y SEPUIMM"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-123408 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/1ER-Encuentro-de-Parlamento-Abierto-SEPADA-SEPUIMM-230412-1-743x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"344\" height=\"228\" \/>A fin de coordinar una agenda legislativa com\u00fan como de coordinar programas y apoyos institucionales en beneficio de mayor n\u00famero de habitantes y que estos no sean duplicados, la XVI Legislatura del Congreso del Estado a trav\u00e9s de la Comisi\u00f3n de Asuntos agropecuarios, Forestales y Mineros encabez\u00f3 el Primer Encuentro de Parlamento Abierto con dependencias del Poder Ejecutivo Secretaria de Secretario de Pesca, Acuacultura y Desarrollo Agropecuario y la Secretaria de Planeaci\u00f3n Urbana, Infraestructura, Movilidad, Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales (SEPADA \/ SEPUIMM).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Acompa\u00f1ado de las secretarias de la comisi\u00f3n, diputadas Gabriela Cisneros y Teresita de Jes\u00fas Valent\u00edn V\u00e1zquez, as\u00ed como de la diputada Paz del Alma Ochoa Amador presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n de Pesca y del diputado Eduardo Valent\u00edn Van Wormer Castro presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Asuntos Comerciales y Tur\u00edsticos. \u00a0El presidente de la comisi\u00f3n, diputado Fernando Hoyos Aguilar solicit\u00f3 a la secretaria de SEPUIMM, al secretario de SEPADA como a las subsecretar\u00edas, el apoyo para coordinar una agenda legislativa transversal de las leyes que actualmente est\u00e1 en estudio como de las que est\u00e1n por iniciar an\u00e1lisis en la XVI Legislatura, tales como las leyes de Agua, de Desarrollo Urbano, de Equilibro Ecol\u00f3gico, de Residuos, de Cambio Clim\u00e1tico, de Obras P\u00fablicas, de Comit\u00e9s de Caminos Vecinales as\u00ed como las leyes que est\u00e1 analizando la misma Comisi\u00f3n de Asuntos Agropecuarios, Forestales y Mineros, de Desarrollo Rural Sustentable, Ley Ap\u00edcola y la Ley Ganadera.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ambas secretar\u00edas dieron a conocer sus programas institucionales anuales, inversiones bipartitas con el Gobierno Federal y planeaci\u00f3n para el ejercicio 2024.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\u00a0La diputada Teresita Valent\u00edn solicit\u00f3 la intervenci\u00f3n en el caso de la problem\u00e1tica ambiental que representan los basureros municipales del norte del Estado como del resto de los municipios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Por su parte la diputada Gabriela Cisneros extern\u00f3 el inter\u00e9s en llevar una agenda coordinada; destac\u00f3 las problem\u00e1ticas en materia jur\u00eddica, que dijo, requieren tomar acciones a mediano y largo plazo como lo es la materia ambiental.
