{"id":123453,"date":"2023-04-14T19:13:52","date_gmt":"2023-04-15T01:13:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=123453"},"modified":"2023-04-14T19:13:52","modified_gmt":"2023-04-15T01:13:52","slug":"reinstalan-el-consejo-estatal-para-la-prevencion-de-accidentes-coepra","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=123453","title":{"rendered":"Reinstalan el Consejo Estatal para la prevenci\u00f3n de accidentes (COEPRA)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-123454 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/FOTO-BOLETIN-SSA-REINSTALACION-COEPRA-732x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"338\" height=\"227\" \/>\u201cEstrechar la coordinaci\u00f3n operativa entre todas las instituciones que tienen relaci\u00f3n directa con la seguridad vial, pero adem\u00e1s incrementar la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana en los esfuerzos preventivos, es una tarea que debemos fortalecer los tres \u00f3rdenes de gobierno y los diversos sectores de la sociedad para reducir la incidencia de accidentes automovil\u00edsticos\u201d, expres\u00f3 el gobernador V\u00edctor Castro Cos\u00edo al tomar protesta a las y los integrantes del Consejo Estatal para la Prevenci\u00f3n de Accidentes (COEPRA).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Acompa\u00f1ado por la secretaria de Salud, Zazil Flores Aldape y por la alcaldesa de La Paz, Milena Quiroga Romero, el mandatario estatal enfatiz\u00f3 que Baja California Sur tiene el gran reto de eliminar los factores de riesgo en percances de tr\u00e1nsito urbano y carretero que ocasionan p\u00e9rdidas materiales, lesiones que ocasionan discapacidades temporales o permanentes y que incluso pueden derivar en muertes por lamentar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Es una problem\u00e1tica compleja que debemos abordar con diferentes esfuerzos, tanto preventivos como de respuesta oportuna a emergencias, para avanzar en su soluci\u00f3n y para salvaguardar con esto la vida de sudcalifornianas y sudcalifornianos, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Castro Cos\u00edo durante este encuentro en el que se inform\u00f3 que de acuerdo a datos del INEGI, nuestra entidad presenta una tasa de mortalidad de 19.9 por causa de los accidentes vehiculares.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Durante esta primera sesi\u00f3n del COEPRA, a la que acudieron representantes de gobierno municipales, de la Polic\u00eda Estatal, de la Guardia Nacional, as\u00ed como de organizaciones civiles como Cruz Roja y Colegio de M\u00e9dico Cirujanos, el secretario t\u00e9cnico del consejo, Rodrigo Fern\u00e1ndez dijo que ese organismo emprendi\u00f3 ya un ciclo de capacitaciones en atenci\u00f3n de emergencias para param\u00e9dicos, polic\u00edas preventivos y otros servidores p\u00fablicos, a fin de reforzar el desempe\u00f1o de los primeros respondientes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s indic\u00f3 que en el programa de trabajo para 2023, el organismo tiene contemplado establecer los comit\u00e9s municipales para la prevenci\u00f3n de accidentes en Los Cabos, Comond\u00fa y Loreto; incrementar el n\u00famero de auditor\u00edas viales que permitan hacer adecuaciones en las v\u00edas de tr\u00e1nsito para reducir el n\u00famero de percances.
