2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 328px) 100vw, 328px\" \/>La XVI Legislatura del Congreso de Baja California Sur recibi\u00f3 una iniciativa ciudadana que promueve el principio de equidad en el proceso de elecci\u00f3n de titular de la rector\u00eda de la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Baja California Sur, en el que propone que j\u00f3venes, mujeres y adultos mayores puedan aspirar tambi\u00e9n a ser titular de la rector\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La iniciativa fue suscrita por el ciudadano Gilberto Jes\u00fas Pi\u00f1eda Ba\u00f1uelos, quien \u00a0propone tambi\u00e9n la no reelecci\u00f3n del rector (art\u00edculo 17(, y que vuelva a su legislaci\u00f3n anterior para que quien ocupe la titularidad s\u00f3lo dure en el encargo cuatro a\u00f1os y no pueda volver a ocuparlo por un periodo consecutivo m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Propone reformar la redacci\u00f3n de los art\u00edculos uno, de la personalidad de la universidad; 16, del Consejo General Universitario, de las atribuciones del consejo, en el que propone cambiar la facultar de elegir al rector por la de entregar el nombramiento al rector, despu\u00e9s de la elecci\u00f3n por voto directo de la comunidad universitaria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Para la titularidad de la rector\u00eda propone mediante reformas y adiciones al art\u00edculo 18, que para ser rector se reduzca el rango de 35 a\u00f1os a menos de 70 a 28 a\u00f1os de edad o m\u00e1s, sin l\u00edmite de edad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Mediante la adici\u00f3n del art\u00edculo 43, propone la creaci\u00f3n del Sistema Universitario de Informaci\u00f3n el cual ser\u00eda de uso p\u00fablico para dar transparencia al manejo de la informaci\u00f3n administrativa y financiera, estad\u00edstica e indicadores educativos y del Archivo Hist\u00f3rico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La iniciativa fue turnada a la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente de Asuntos Educativos para su an\u00e1lisis y dictaminaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;
