con mayor informaci\u00f3n acerca del desempe\u00f1o\u00a0 del Doctor en Derecho Rodrigo Serrano Castro como Magistrado en el Tribunal Superior de Justicia, quien busca reelegirse en el cargo, la Comisi\u00f3n de Asuntos Pol\u00edticos de la XVI Legislatura del Congreso del Estado, que preside la Diputada Lorena Marbella Gonz\u00e1lez D\u00edaz, lo ha convocado para este jueves 18 del presente a comparecer ante la Comisi\u00f3n, pero haciendo extensiva la invitaci\u00f3n a la totalidad de las y los representantes populares integrantes de la XVI Legislatura del Estado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La Diputada Marbella Gonz\u00e1lez explic\u00f3 que a finales del pasado mes de marzo del presente 2023, el Magistrado Rodrigo Serrano present\u00f3 al Congreso del Estado su solicitud para reelegirse por un periodo de seis a\u00f1os a partir del pr\u00f3ximo mes de junio del a\u00f1o en curso, tal como lo establece la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado en su Art\u00edculo 93.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Sostuvo la legisladora que la Comisi\u00f3n de Asuntos Pol\u00edticos, responsable de emitir el dictamen, ha planteado la comparecencia del Magistrado\u00a0 \u201cpara conocer de viva voz su labor como Magistrado del Poder Judicial del Estado en los \u00faltimos seis a\u00f1os y con ello enriquecer el documento que en el curso de la semana entrante se presentar\u00e1 al Pleno de diputadas y diputados\u2026\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Marbella Gonz\u00e1lez D\u00edaz expres\u00f3 que uno de sus principios como representante popular \u201cha sido escuchar para legislar, porque escuchando a la sociedad se toman las mejores decisiones a favor de los y las habitantes de Baja California Sur\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La sesi\u00f3n de trabajo de la Comisi\u00f3n de Asuntos Pol\u00edticos se efectuar\u00e1 el jueves 18 a las 8:00 a.m. en la Sala de Sesiones Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Morelos y Pav\u00f3n; la Comisi\u00f3n de Asuntos Pol\u00edticos la integran Marbella Gonz\u00e1lez D\u00edaz como presidenta, Eufrocina
