Esto ha permitido situarse en primer lugar nacional en evaluaci\u00f3n de eficiencia fiscal que aplica el Sistema de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria (SAT), as\u00ed lo inform\u00f3 Bertha Monta\u00f1o Cota, titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Finanzas y Administraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">A un a\u00f1o 8 meses de trabajo, Monta\u00f1o Cota se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, para la mejora de la gesti\u00f3n del control interno, Baja California Sur ha liderado las l\u00edneas de acci\u00f3n, siendo la entidad que obtuvo las m\u00e1s altas calificaciones durante el periodo de enero- abril de 2023, lo cual indica que las acciones fiscalizadoras que lleva a cabo la administraci\u00f3n estatal han sido eficaces y apegadas a la normatividad federal, ya que han generado labor de cumplimiento de parte de los contribuyentes requeridos o auditados, agreg\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De igual forma, sostuvo que uno de los retos como autoridad es la transparencia; por ello, a lo largo de este corto tiempo se han impulsado proyectos para garantizar una correcta aplicaci\u00f3n de los recursos p\u00fablicos, con la finalidad que los ciudadanos obtengan resultados positivos de sus gobiernos y quien opere fuera de la ley, sea sancionado con todo rigor\u201d, resalt\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En este sentido, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que \u201cesta Secretar\u00eda fortaleci\u00f3 cada una de las \u00e1reas competentes, con el objetivo de garantizar productividad, as\u00ed como la modernizaci\u00f3n del gobierno estatal para lograr una gesti\u00f3n \u00e1gil y transparente, elevando la calidad de los servicios a la ciudadan\u00eda sudcaliforniana\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Es necesario precisar, que se ha realizado capacitaci\u00f3n y promoci\u00f3n para que las y los servidores p\u00fablicos de la Direcci\u00f3n de Auditoria Fiscal, unidad administrativa perteneciente a dicha Secretar\u00eda, cuenten con los mecanismos y herramientas necesarias. \u201cAdem\u00e1s del respaldo que se ha brindado y la lucha conjunta para el combate de malas pr\u00e1cticas, tambi\u00e9n se ha logrado avanzar en temas fundamentales como la transparencia, fomentando la participaci\u00f3n en la observaci\u00f3n y evaluaci\u00f3n de la gesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica\u201d, concluy\u00f3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Baja California Sur ha logrado avanzar de manera significativa, a trav\u00e9s del fortalecimiento de la regulaci\u00f3n de actividades de control,<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":124745,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_dont_email_post_to_subs":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paywalled_content":false,"_jetpack_feature_clip_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2},"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-124744","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.7 -
