XVII Ayuntamiento de La Paz ha implementado el programa de descuentos del impuesto Predial del 50% en multas y recargos en los ejercicios 2022 y anteriores, el cual estar\u00e1 vigente hasta el 31 de julio de 2023, adem\u00e1s en sesi\u00f3n de Cabildo se aprob\u00f3 la prescripci\u00f3n del pago del primer trimestre de 2018 y anteriores, dio a conocer Jassiel Enr\u00edquez Varela, subdirector de recaudaci\u00f3n de la Tesorer\u00eda Municipal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Es decir, que s\u00f3lo el 50% se pagar\u00e1 a partir del segundo trimestre 2018, lo anterior fue aprobado por el Cabildo de La Paz, con la finalidad de beneficiar directamente a las personas y su econom\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que \u201ceste programa de descuentos del impuesto Predial tiene como finalidad que los contribuyentes puedan cumplir con este pago y se pongan al corriente, aprovechando los beneficios que el gobierno municipal les brinda durante los meses que permanecer\u00e1 vigente\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Para facilidad de los contribuyentes pueden realizar este tr\u00e1mite en las diferentes cajas recaudadoras que se ubican en Palacio Municipal, Direcci\u00f3n de Tr\u00e1nsito, Servicios P\u00fablicos, Jardines del Recuerdo, Plaza Galer\u00edas, rastro municipal y Gobierno del Estado, adem\u00e1s que el pago se puede realizar tambi\u00e9n de manera digital a trav\u00e9s de la p\u00e1gina web del Ayuntamiento de La Paz y en el Kiosco ubicado en Palacio Municipal, son varias las opciones que tiene la poblaci\u00f3n para cumplir con este tr\u00e1mite.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Record\u00f3 que la finalidad del pago del impuesto Predial es indispensable para cumplir con diversos tr\u00e1mites administrativos relacionados con el predio como son: enajenar un bien inmueble, construir, ampliar o remodelar, hacer el contrato de agua, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Finalmente, Enr\u00edquez Varela, indic\u00f3 que este programa de descuentos del impuesto Predial implementado por el Ayuntamiento de La Paz, es una buena oportunidad para que los ciudadanos se pongan al corriente en el pago de esta contribuci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El H.
