{"id":125019,"date":"2023-05-28T20:43:18","date_gmt":"2023-05-29T02:43:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=125019"},"modified":"2023-05-28T20:43:18","modified_gmt":"2023-05-29T02:43:18","slug":"avanza-tramite-de-libretas-de-mar-para-guias-de-cabo-pulmo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=125019","title":{"rendered":"Avanza tr\u00e1mite de libretas de mar para gu\u00edas de Cabo Pulmo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-125020 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/FOTO-BOLETIN-FONMAR-AVANZA-LIBRETA-DE-MAR-738x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"368\" height=\"245\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/FOTO-BOLETIN-FONMAR-AVANZA-LIBRETA-DE-MAR-738x492.jpg 738w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/FOTO-BOLETIN-FONMAR-AVANZA-LIBRETA-DE-MAR-1024x682.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/FOTO-BOLETIN-FONMAR-AVANZA-LIBRETA-DE-MAR-150x100.jpg 150w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/FOTO-BOLETIN-FONMAR-AVANZA-LIBRETA-DE-MAR-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/FOTO-BOLETIN-FONMAR-AVANZA-LIBRETA-DE-MAR.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 368px) 100vw, 368px\" \/>En respuesta a las denuncias de prestadores de servicios tur\u00edsticos de Cabo Pulmo que no recibieron en tiempo el tr\u00e1mite concluido de sus libretas de mar, personal de la direcci\u00f3n estatal del Fondo para la Protecci\u00f3n de los Recursos Marinos (FONMAR) intervino para dar soluci\u00f3n a la problem\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Tras un encuentro previo en que los prestadores de servicios manifestaron la falta de continuidad en el tr\u00e1mite por parte de la coordinaci\u00f3n municipal del FONMAR en Los Cabos, Cyndilou Moreno Camacho, Coordinadora Jur\u00eddica del FONMAR, inici\u00f3 el proceso de gestiones ante el Fideicomiso de Formaci\u00f3n y Capacitaci\u00f3n para el Personal de la Marina Mercante Nacional (FIDENA), as\u00ed como ante Capitan\u00eda de Puerto para solicitar una pr\u00f3rroga en el tiempo de los tr\u00e1mites pr\u00f3ximos a vencerse, as\u00ed como una resoluci\u00f3n inmediata sobre la documentaci\u00f3n en proceso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Tras obtener una respuesta satisfactoria, el Coordinador de Transparencia del FONMAR, Omar de Jes\u00fas L\u00f3pez, ha dado continuidad a dichos tr\u00e1mites en Cabo Pulmo comunicando a los involucrados que se logr\u00f3 el registro exitoso ante FIDENA de 24 de los 55 prestadores de servicios que ya contaban con el resto de su documentaci\u00f3n en forma para obtener su libreta de mar, haciendo entrega del documento en cuesti\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De Jes\u00fas L\u00f3pez enfatiz\u00f3 el compromiso del FONMAR de brindar acompa\u00f1amiento a los trabajadores tur\u00edsticos hasta que concluyan su tr\u00e1mite y la disposici\u00f3n del Fideicomiso de brindar las facilidades tanto en transporte como en gestiones para realizar el examen m\u00e9dico a quienes a\u00fan no lo han presentado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El FONMAR agradece la colaboraci\u00f3n de todas las partes involucradas para llegar a una soluci\u00f3n y reafirma su compromiso de seguir atendiendo al sector pesquero y tur\u00edstico con total apego a los principios de la administraci\u00f3n estatal que encabeza V\u00edctor Castro Cos\u00edo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En respuesta a las denuncias de prestadores de servicios tur\u00edsticos de Cabo Pulmo que no recibieron en tiempo el tr\u00e1mite<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":125020,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-125019","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
