Cos\u00edo, encabez\u00f3 la primer sesi\u00f3n de la Comisi\u00f3n Intersecretarial de Ejecuci\u00f3n Penal en el Estado, acompa\u00f1ado del secretario General de Gobierno, Homero Davis Castro y el titular de la Comisi\u00f3n de Consolidaci\u00f3n, Evaluaci\u00f3n y Seguimiento del Sistema de Justicia Penal, Anselmo Santo Mendoza Morales, donde se abord\u00f3 el seguir fortaleciendo los programas y acciones que favorezcan la reinserci\u00f3n social de las personas privadas de la libertad (PPL).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante las y los integrantes de este \u00f3rgano, Castro Cos\u00edo, asegur\u00f3 que se trabaja de manera coordinada entre las instancias de seguridad y justicia para atender a la poblaci\u00f3n penitenciaria, a fin de garantizar que una vez cumplan su sentencia se integren a la vida productiva de su comunidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\u201cEstamos avanzado para brindar a las mujeres y hombres que se encuentran en los centros penitenciarios de la entidad, el acceso a actividades en \u00e1reas esenciales para alcanzar el objetivo que se tiene en esta materia, como lo es que se reintegren a la sociedad contando con herramientas que les permita incorporarse al trabajo o generar opciones de autoempleo, adem\u00e1s de continuar capacit\u00e1ndose y en algunos casos, el culminar su educaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En este sentido, dijo, desde el inicio de la presente administraci\u00f3n estatal se ha generado un mecanismo de colaboraci\u00f3n entre todas las instancias del Sistema Penitenciario y las autoridades responsables de la ejecuci\u00f3n penal, para que la impartici\u00f3n de justicia se de en un marco de respeto al Estado de derecho.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Lo anterior, de conformidad a las bases de la organizaci\u00f3n de dicho Sistema, siendo entres las principales: el respeto a los derechos humanos, el trabajo, la capacitaci\u00f3n para el mismo, la educaci\u00f3n, la salud y el deporte, apunt\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Durante la sesi\u00f3n se ratific\u00f3 la designaci\u00f3n de suplentes de los integrantes de la Comisi\u00f3n Intersecretarial, se rindi\u00f3 un informe estad\u00edstico por parte del Sistema Penitenciario de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, presentaron tres propuestas consistentes en integrar a otras autoridades a \u00e9ste \u00f3rgano, los temas de seguimiento para la siguiente reuni\u00f3n, as\u00ed como la fecha para la siguiente sesi\u00f3n ordinaria, la cual se acord\u00f3 por unanimidad sea en un periodo de 3 meses, para estar en posibilidad de realizar el an\u00e1lisis y evaluaci\u00f3n de las acciones que se
