{"id":125088,"date":"2023-05-30T21:23:28","date_gmt":"2023-05-31T03:23:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=125088"},"modified":"2023-05-30T21:23:28","modified_gmt":"2023-05-31T03:23:28","slug":"establece-coepris-cierre-precautorio-para-la-extraccion-de-moluscos-bivalvos-en-la-paz","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=125088","title":{"rendered":"Establece Coepris cierre precautorio para la extracci\u00f3n de moluscos bivalvos en La Paz"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-125089 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/FOTO-BOLETIN-SSA-CIERRE-MOLUSCOS-LA-PAZ.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"345\" height=\"228\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/FOTO-BOLETIN-SSA-CIERRE-MOLUSCOS-LA-PAZ.jpg 620w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/FOTO-BOLETIN-SSA-CIERRE-MOLUSCOS-LA-PAZ-150x99.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 345px) 100vw, 345px\" \/>La Comisi\u00f3n Estatal para la Protecci\u00f3n contra Riesgos Sanitarios (COEPRIS) estableci\u00f3 este martes un cierre precautorio para la extracci\u00f3n, comercializaci\u00f3n y consumo de moluscos bivalvos en la ensenada de La Paz, luego de que se identific\u00f3 la presencia de saxitoxina durante un an\u00e1lisis local hecho a osti\u00f3n obtenido en esta zona litoral.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Hasta el momento es un cierre precautorio, no una veda sanitaria, ya que por protocolo debe verificarse si la presencia de esta sustancia se encuentra o no dentro de los niveles establecidos por la Norma Oficial Mexicana-EM-005-SSA1-2001, dijo el titular de COEPRIS, Jos\u00e9 Manuel Larumbe Pineda al informar que una muestra adicional de producto fue remitida al laboratorio federal especializado en esos procesos, que es la Comisi\u00f3n de Control Anal\u00edtico y Ampliaci\u00f3n de Cobertura (CCAYAC).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Este cierre precautorio es aplicable a ostiones, almejas, callo de hacha y otros moluscos bivalvos (invertebrados de cuerpo blando que protegen su cuerpo con dos conchas), de ah\u00ed que mientras est\u00e9 vigente la medida no deben extraerse productos de este tipo en la bah\u00eda de La Paz, hasta que la CCAYAC finalice el estudio de cuantificaci\u00f3n para determinar si la presencia de saxitoxina se ubica o no dentro de los par\u00e1metros permisibles, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 el m\u00e9dico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Como ha ocurrido en casos anteriores, la COEPRIS dio parte sobre la aplicaci\u00f3n de esta medida precautoria a la autoridad sanitaria federal, a la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Acuacultura y Pesca (CONAPESCA), a la Secretar\u00eda de Pesca, Acuacultura y Desarrollo Agropecuario (SEPADA), al Comit\u00e9 de Sanidad Acu\u00edcola y otras instituciones relacionadas con esta actividad primaria, abund\u00f3 Larumbe Pineda al puntualizar su recomendaci\u00f3n para que la ciudadan\u00eda no consuma, ni adquieran moluscos bivalvos extra\u00eddos en la referida zona litoral en tanto no se reciba el resultado del an\u00e1lisis solicitado al laboratorio federal.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Comisi\u00f3n Estatal para la Protecci\u00f3n contra Riesgos Sanitarios (COEPRIS) estableci\u00f3 este martes un cierre precautorio para la extracci\u00f3n, comercializaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":125089,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_dont_email_post_to_subs":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paywalled_content":false,"_jetpack_feature_clip_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2},"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-125088","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.0 -
