{"id":125345,"date":"2023-06-06T18:57:53","date_gmt":"2023-06-07T00:57:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=125345"},"modified":"2023-06-06T18:57:53","modified_gmt":"2023-06-07T00:57:53","slug":"aprueban-modificaciones-en-materia-de-reformas-constitucionales-del-estado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=125345","title":{"rendered":"Aprueban modificaciones en materia de reformas constitucionales del Estado"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-125346 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/MESA-DIRECTIVA-230606-743x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"344\" height=\"228\" \/>La asamblea de la XVI Legislatura del Congreso del Estado de Baja California Sur aprob\u00f3 por mayor\u00eda que para modificar o adicionar la Constituci\u00f3n del Estado, \u00e9sta pueda ser propuesta a partir de un diputado o diputada y en lo sucesivo, ya no sea necesario que una trilog\u00eda de legisladores propongan los cambios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Las comisiones permanente de Puntos Constitucionales y de Justicia y de Asuntos Pol\u00edticos presentaron el dictamen a una iniciativa de la diputada Mar\u00eda Guadalupe Moreno Higuera (Morena) para reformar la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Poder Legislativo del Estado, con el objeto de eliminar la condici\u00f3n de que, para reformar o adicionar la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado, \u00e9sta ya no deba necesariamente estar suscrita por una trilog\u00eda de legisladores, y que por el contrario se faculte a alg\u00fan diputado para tales efectos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En el mismo dictamen la comisi\u00f3n dictamin\u00f3 en negativo una iniciativa de la diputada Marbella Gonz\u00e1lez, con el prop\u00f3sito de eliminar requisitos, para reformar la Constituci\u00f3n \u00a0y derogar el art\u00edculo 223 de \u00e9sta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La asamblea de la XVI Legislatura del Congreso del Estado de Baja California Sur aprob\u00f3 por mayor\u00eda que para modificar<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[48],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-125345","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-congreso-de-bcs"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.6 -
