{"id":125571,"date":"2023-06-15T22:43:53","date_gmt":"2023-06-16T04:43:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=125571"},"modified":"2023-06-15T22:43:53","modified_gmt":"2023-06-16T04:43:53","slug":"propone-diputada-crear-la-ley-cultural-en-bcs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=125571","title":{"rendered":"Propone Diputada crear la Ley Cultural en BCS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-125572 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/DIP-EDA-PALACIOS-230615-3-743x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"340\" height=\"225\" \/>La diputada Eda Mar\u00eda Palacios M\u00e1rquez (PRS) present\u00f3 una iniciativa para crear la Ley para la Investigaci\u00f3n, Conservaci\u00f3n, Fortalecimiento y Promoci\u00f3n de la Identidad, Tradiciones, Usos y Costumbres Regionales del Estado de Baja California Sur, para que las expresiones culturales, los conocimientos tradicionales, las costumbres forjadas y transmitidas de generaci\u00f3n en generaci\u00f3n por el pueblo sudcaliforniano, tengan una especial protecci\u00f3n y promoci\u00f3n por el Gobierno del Estado y los Municipios, mediante sus instituciones y el pueblo en general.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Palacios M\u00e1rquez, explic\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n que, con base en las disposiciones plasmadas en el art\u00edculo 4\u00b0 p\u00e1rrafo d\u00e9cimo segundo de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, del art\u00edculo 13 p\u00e1rrafo tercero de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado de Baja California Sur, del art\u00edculo 27.1 de la Declaraci\u00f3n Universal de Derechos Humanos, el art\u00edculo 5 de la Declaraci\u00f3n Universal de la UNESCO sobre Diversidad Cultural y numerosas leyes m\u00e1s, es que se busca potenciar la identidad local, rescatar la historia sudcaliforniana y proporcionar a la sociedad, especialmente a las juventudes, una nueva visi\u00f3n de los hechos y actos hist\u00f3ricos que le dieron rumbo a la entidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Finalmente, la diputada indic\u00f3 que no existe en el marco jur\u00eddico estatal, una ley encaminada a preservar la identidad regional, entendida como las manifestaciones culturales que se dan en los cinco municipios, por lo que, la ley en menci\u00f3n contempla 25 art\u00edculos, distribuidos en ocho cap\u00edtulos, en los que se establecer\u00e1n las disposiciones generales, que determinar\u00e1n que ser\u00e1 el Instituto Sudcaliforniano de Cultura y los ayuntamientos a trav\u00e9s de las direcciones o institutos de cultura municipales y cronistas, quienes apliquen la ley.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Previo a la presentaci\u00f3n de la iniciativa, la diputada Eda Mar\u00eda Palacios M\u00e1rquez ofreci\u00f3 una rueda de prensa a medios de comunicaci\u00f3n en la que fueron expuestos los detalles de la iniciativa en menci\u00f3n, ah\u00ed mismo, se cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de Diputados Costituyenetes, cronistas municipales y organizaciones de la sociedad civil, quienes promueven el rescate de la indentidad regional en la entidad.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La diputada Eda Mar\u00eda Palacios M\u00e1rquez (PRS) present\u00f3 una iniciativa para crear la Ley para la Investigaci\u00f3n, Conservaci\u00f3n, Fortalecimiento y<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[48],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-125571","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-congreso-de-bcs"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
