Georgina Roldan Avi\u00f1a interpuso ante la procuradur\u00eda denuncias por abuso sexual as\u00ed como por lesiones y amenazas, no siendo la primera vez que el legislador se ve\u00eda envuelto en se\u00f1alamientos de esa \u00edndole.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, P\u00e9rez Cayetano siempre aleg\u00f3 su inocencia. Pese a ello, el Congreso del Estado inici\u00f3 un proceso de desafuero que a la postre concluir\u00eda retir\u00e1ndole la inmunidad al diputado, dej\u00e1ndolo en condiciones para que la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado pudiera ejercer la acci\u00f3n penal en su contra. La primera vez en la historia del poder legislativo en desaforar a un diputado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y as\u00ed fue, P\u00e9rez Cayetano qued\u00f3 a disposici\u00f3n de las autoridades judiciales quienes continuaron trabajando en las investigaciones de la denuncia por abuso sexual bajo la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n LPZ\/6406\/2021\/NUC; quedando vinculado a proceso ya que los datos de prueba expuestos por el Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico fueron determinantes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A casi dos a\u00f1os de la denuncia a Juan P\u00e9rez Cayetano y sin haber concluido el juicio en su contra, la v\u00edctima Gina Roldan otorg\u00f3 su m\u00e1s amplio perd\u00f3n al diputado desaforado. Con ello concluye el proceso en su contra sin concluir las investigaciones y mucho menos probar su culpabilidad o inocencia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00bfQue le pas\u00f3 a Gina Rom\u00e1n, quien en su momento levant\u00f3 la voz, no solo por lo ocurrido en su persona sino como un grito a las autoridades, un llamado a la acci\u00f3n para proteger a las mujeres v\u00edctimas de violencia?\u00bfFue obligada? \u00bfCoaccionada? \u00bfRecibi\u00f3 alg\u00fan beneficio? No se sabe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte Juan P\u00e9rez Cayetano ser\u00e1 libre y podr\u00e1 reclamar su curul en el congreso del estado.
