{"id":125935,"date":"2023-06-26T15:54:17","date_gmt":"2023-06-26T21:54:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=125935"},"modified":"2023-06-26T15:54:17","modified_gmt":"2023-06-26T21:54:17","slug":"firman-convenio-gobierno-estatal-y-uabcs-para-eficientar-el-servicio-publico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=125935","title":{"rendered":"Firman Convenio Gobierno Estatal y UABCS, para eficientar el servicio p\u00fablico"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-125936 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/FOTO-BOLETIN-857-FIRMA-CONVENIO-UABCS-738x492.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"345\" height=\"230\" \/>El Gobierno del Estado, representado por el subsecretario de Administraci\u00f3n, Sa\u00fal Gonz\u00e1lez N\u00fa\u00f1ez y la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Baja California Sur (UABCS), representada por el rector Dante Arturo Salgado Gonz\u00e1lez, firmaron un convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n para impulsar la profesionalizaci\u00f3n del servicio p\u00fablico mediante la formaci\u00f3n, capacitaci\u00f3n y actualizaci\u00f3n de recursos humanos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Contando con la presencia de la secretaria de Finanzas, Bertha Monta\u00f1o Cota, acompa\u00f1ada por el titular de Recursos Humanos, Jes\u00fas Aguilar Covarrubias, record\u00f3 que esta administraci\u00f3n tiene una din\u00e1mica administrativa de actualizaci\u00f3n y cambio constante que requiere el apoyo y acompa\u00f1amiento de instituciones de nivel superior, como el caso de la UABCS.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Se trata de cumplir uno de los objetivos de esta administraci\u00f3n, como lo es elevar el nivel de desarrollo, as\u00ed como la ejecuci\u00f3n de programas de investigaci\u00f3n, docencia, vinculaci\u00f3n y extensi\u00f3n, y de otras actividades espec\u00edficas con fines institucionales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En reuni\u00f3n celebrada en la sala de juntas de la subsecretar\u00eda de Administraci\u00f3n, en presencia de servidores p\u00fablicos de la Universidad y del gobierno estatal, el funcionario dijo que el paso siguiente ser\u00e1 el estudio de procedimientos en la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica, as\u00ed como el reto de la implementaci\u00f3n de programas de evaluaci\u00f3n del desempe\u00f1o y la certificaci\u00f3n de los mismos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, el rector de la UABCS expres\u00f3 su benepl\u00e1cito por este acuerdo, pues se comparte el fin de mejorar el desempe\u00f1o, a trav\u00e9s de la capacitaci\u00f3n y evaluaciones. \u201cSeguramente habr\u00e1 una retroalimentaci\u00f3n para la Universidad que servir\u00e1 para los subsecuentes programas de fortalecimiento mutuo\u201d, agreg\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Gobierno del Estado, representado por el subsecretario de Administraci\u00f3n, Sa\u00fal Gonz\u00e1lez N\u00fa\u00f1ez y la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Baja California<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-125935","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-noticias"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
