\nQuienes integran la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente de Puntos Constitucionales y de Justicia, consideraron evidente la violaci\u00f3n a diversas disposiciones Constitucionales, al llevarse a cabo la elecci\u00f3n del Ciudadano Lic. Rafael\u00a0\u00a0 Siqueiros Flores como representante ciudadano para integrar el Consejo de la Judicatura del Poder Judicial del Estado, en raz\u00f3n de que no se realiz\u00f3 una terna sino una lista con 15 aspirantes presentada por la Mesa Directiva del Congreso del Estado.<\/p>\n

En ese sentido las y los integrantes de la comisi\u00f3n a cargo del dictamen, precisaron que los integrantes de la Diputaci\u00f3n Permanente correspondiente al Primer Periodo de Receso del Tercer A\u00f1o de Ejercicio Constitucional de la XV<\/p>\n

Legislatura al Congreso del Estado de Baja California Sur, emitieron una ilegal convocatoria,violent\u00e1ndose con ello la fracci\u00f3n XXI del art\u00edculo 64; por lo que, la junta de gobierno deber\u00e1 proponer una terna y Proc\u00e9dase a la elecci\u00f3n del Representante Ciudadano o Representante Ciudadana que integre el Consejo de la Judicatura del Poder Judicial del Estado, en los t\u00e9rminos que se ordenan en los p\u00e1rrafos cuarto, quinto, sexto, s\u00e9ptimo y octavo de la fracci\u00f3n XXI del art\u00edculo 64 de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado Libre y Soberano de Baja California Sur.<\/p>\n

Por lo anterior, el diputado Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Avil\u00e9s, presidente de la comisi\u00f3n dictaminadora, expuso que el veto total del Titular del Poder Ejecutivo del Estado al Decreto N\u00famero 2781 <\/strong>expedido por el Honorable Congreso del Estado de Baja California Sur, relativo a la Elecci\u00f3n del Ciudadano Licenciado Rafael Siqueiros Flores, como representante Ciudadano del Consejo de la Judicatura del Estado de Baja California Sur, result\u00f3 procedente.<\/p>\n

Cabe se\u00f1alar que, de conformidad con lo que disponen los art\u00edculos 58, 59 <\/strong>y 60 <\/strong>de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado Libre y Soberano de Baja California Sur y los art\u00edculos 165 <\/strong>y 166 <\/strong>de la Ley Reglamentaria del Poder Legislativo del Estado de Baja California Sur, aplicable en la fecha en que ocurrieron los hechos que motivan el dictamen, el Titular del Poder Ejecutivo del Estado de Baja California Sur, tiene la facultad de vetar total o parcialmente los proyectos de Ley o Decreto aprobados por el Congreso del Estado.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
