{"id":126726,"date":"2023-07-22T18:42:34","date_gmt":"2023-07-23T00:42:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=126726"},"modified":"2023-07-22T18:42:34","modified_gmt":"2023-07-23T00:42:34","slug":"aprobo-el-congreso-la-ley-de-instituciones-y-procedimientos-electorales-para-bcs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=126726","title":{"rendered":"Aprob\u00f3 el Congreso la Ley de Instituciones y Procedimientos Electorales, para BCS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-126720 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/PLENO-DEL-CONGRESO2-230721-755x464.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"335\" height=\"206\" \/>El pleno del Congreso del Estado aprob\u00f3 hoy en per\u00edodo extraordinario, el dictamen presentado por las comisiones de Puntos Constitucionales y de Justicia y de Asuntos Pol\u00edticos, que implica reformar diversas disposiciones de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica local y que expide la Ley de Instituciones y Procedimientos Electorales, del Estado de Baja California Sur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En ese sentido, esta Ley Electoral, contempla la progresividad y la inclusi\u00f3n, visibiliza a los grupos prioritarios, para acatar las sentencias que se deben obedecer por mandato judicial y contempla la participaci\u00f3n de los grupos prioritarios, as\u00ed como el acatamiento sobre legislar en torno a la gubernatura del 2027 en cuesti\u00f3n de paridad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En entrevista, la diputada Lorena Marbella Gonz\u00e1lez D\u00edaz, presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n Especial Plural para la Reforma Electoral, enfatiz\u00f3 que en el tema de grupos prioritarios se respet\u00f3 la progresividad, ya est\u00e1n incluidos en esta nueva ley, ya est\u00e1n visibilizados y en es ese sentido se deja al Instituto Estatal Electoral (IEE) que haga las acciones que le competen, fomentando y garantizando a trav\u00e9s de acciones esa progresividad, dejando un piso parejo para todas y todos en el tema de participaci\u00f3n para el 2024.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En adici\u00f3n, todas las iniciativas, tanto de diputados como de ciudadan\u00eda que acudi\u00f3 a las mesas de trabajo desarrolladas en toda la geograf\u00eda estatal, est\u00e1n incluidas en el proyecto que hoy se vot\u00f3 en per\u00edodo extraordinario, donde previamente, se eligi\u00f3 la mesa directiva, resultando electas nuevamente como presidenta la diputada Guadalupe V\u00e1zquez Jacinto; Secretaria Gabriela Cisneros y como prosecretaria Mar\u00eda Luisa Trejo Pi\u00f1uelas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El pleno del Congreso del Estado aprob\u00f3 hoy en per\u00edodo extraordinario, el dictamen presentado por las comisiones de Puntos Constitucionales<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[48],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-126726","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-congreso-de-bcs"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
