XVII Ayuntamiento de Muleg\u00e9, encabezado por Edith Aguilar Villavicencio, rindi\u00f3 un homenaje p\u00f3stumo al ex presidente municipal, Enrique Rigoberto Garayzar Asian (1952-2023), quien dejara un importante legado social, pol\u00edtico, educativo y cultural en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De manera respetuosa, en un acto realizado en el atrio de la Parroquia de Santa B\u00e1rbara, se realizaron guardias de honor por parte de familiares, club de leones, regidores, autoridades, funcionarios y exfuncionarios municipales, as\u00ed como personas cercanas al destacado profesor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Durante su intervenci\u00f3n, Edith Aguilar enfatiz\u00f3 en los aportes del expresidente y remembr\u00f3 la calidad y calidez humana con que desarroll\u00f3 su prol\u00edfica carrera en importantes \u00e1reas de la administraci\u00f3n municipal, educaci\u00f3n, beneficencia y sector privado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\u201cHonor a quien honor merece, no solo a nombre del Ayuntamiento de Muleg\u00e9, si no a nombre de todo el pueblo de Muleg\u00e9 y de Santa Rosal\u00eda, de todo coraz\u00f3n hacemos entrega de este homenaje p\u00f3stumo a nuestro amigo Expresidente Municipal Enrique Rigoberto Garayzar Asiain. Gracias profe Pel\u00f3n Garayzar por todas sus ense\u00f1anzas y por el gran legado social y humano que ha dejado a todas las y los muleginos. Que en Paz descase\u201d, extern\u00f3 Aguilar Villavicencio, notablemente conmovida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Rigoberto Garayzar Asiain adem\u00e1s de ser un reconocido profesor en el municipio, acumul\u00f3 a lo largo de su vida el reconocimiento social y destac\u00f3 en diversos sectores. Fue un notable maestro de contabilidad en CBTIS No 69 de Santa Rosal\u00eda, recordado por muchas generaciones. Fungi\u00f3 como presidente de diversas asociaciones y organizaciones tales como: Club de Leones, CANACO; Comit\u00e9 de Estudios y An\u00e1lisis de Muleg\u00e9 y Patronato del Hogar de Ancianos San Martin de Porres en Santa Rosal\u00eda. Fue tambi\u00e9n alcalde de Muleg\u00e9 en el X Ayuntamiento, periodo 1999-2002; Delegado de la PROFECO en la entidad, Subdelegado de Pesca en SAGARPA y Director del CERESO municipal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Durante este homenaje estuvieron presentes Reyna Cota Gonz\u00e1lez, viuda de Enrique Rigoberto Garayzar Asiain y sus hijas; Francisco Javier Arce, Secretario General del XVII Ayuntamiento de Muleg\u00e9; Antonio C\u00e9sar Beltr\u00e1n, Director de Arte y Cultura; regidoras, regidores, as\u00ed como funcionariado municipal.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El H.
