Jorge Egren Moreno Troncoso, Director de Administraci\u00f3n de Tiempos de Radio y Televisi\u00f3n del INE M\u00e9xico. En la cual, se revisaron los esquemas de coordinaci\u00f3n institucional sobre temas relacionados con el acceso a la radio y televisi\u00f3n de las autoridades electorales, actores pol\u00edticos y candidaturas independientes de cara a la preparaci\u00f3n del Proceso Electoral Local 2023-2024; se intercambi\u00f3 informaci\u00f3n y se present\u00f3 el esquema de colaboraci\u00f3n y propuesta de gu\u00eda metodol\u00f3gica para la verificaci\u00f3n del acceso igualitario a la pauta de las candidatas mujeres durante las campa\u00f1as electorales. As\u00ed como, la Presentaci\u00f3n del m\u00f3dulo de visualizaci\u00f3n para la presentaci\u00f3n de datos de la verificaci\u00f3n del acceso igualitario a la pauta de las candidatas mujeres durante las campa\u00f1as electorales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En su mensaje, el consejero Presidente del IEEBCS, Dr. Alejandro Palacios Espinosa, mencion\u00f3 que, es de suma importancia llevar a cabo estas capacitaciones pues garantizan los derechos de los partidos pol\u00edticos y candidaturas, as\u00ed como la capacitaci\u00f3n y profesionalizaci\u00f3n del personal del Instituto Estatal Electoral de Baja California Sur. Permitiendo aportar elementos para el aprovechamiento eficiente del tiempo en radio y televisi\u00f3n al que se tiene derecho y administra el Instituto Nacional Electoral.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En el evento estuvieron presentes la Vocal Ejecutiva de la Junta Local Ejecutiva del INE BCS, Ing. Sinia Alvares Ramos; el Consejero Electoral del IEEBCS, Dr. Miguel Israel Santoyo Cantabrana; el secretario ejecutivo del IEEBCS, Lic. Carlos Eduardo Salazar Casta\u00f1eda; la titular de la Direcci\u00f3n Ejecutiva de Prerrogativas y Partidos Pol\u00edticos del IEEBCS, Lic. Lidizeth Guillermina Patr\u00f3n Duarte, la Titular de la Unidad T\u00e9cnica de Igualdad de G\u00e9nero y No Discriminaci\u00f3n, Bio. Mar.
