{"id":127478,"date":"2023-08-15T18:16:25","date_gmt":"2023-08-16T00:16:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=127478"},"modified":"2023-08-15T19:26:40","modified_gmt":"2023-08-16T01:26:40","slug":"aprehende-pgje-a-2-personas-relacionadas-en-delitos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=127478","title":{"rendered":"Aprehende PGJE a 2 personas relacionadas en delitos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-127479 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/FOTO-COMUNICADO-DE-PRENSA-555-2023-587x492.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"430\" height=\"360\" \/>La Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE) cumpliment\u00f3 mandamientos judiciales en contra de\u00a0dos\u00a0hombres, que eran buscados por su probable participaci\u00f3n en hechos il\u00edcitos en los municipios de La Paz y Los Cabos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Con los datos de prueba reunidos por esta representaci\u00f3n social, se solicitaron las\u00a0\u00f3rdenes\u00a0de\u00a0aprehensi\u00f3n\u00a0en contra de los se\u00f1alados, la cual fue girada y permitieron su captura.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En La Paz, agentes de investigaci\u00f3n cumplimentaron en contra de Edwin Gisvel \u201cN\u201d de 30 a\u00f1os, orden de\u00a0reaprehensi\u00f3n\u00a0por delito contra la salud.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Su detenci\u00f3n se logr\u00f3 gracias al convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n con la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) de Sinaloa, quienes localizaron al hombre el pasado 11 de agosto en calles de la colonia San Rafael en la ciudad de Culiac\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Tambi\u00e9n se cumpliment\u00f3 orden de\u00a0aprehensi\u00f3n\u00a0en contra de Edgar \u201cN\u201d por el delito de da\u00f1os culposos por un hecho ocurrido en Cabo San Lucas.
