{"id":127562,"date":"2023-08-17T16:09:35","date_gmt":"2023-08-17T22:09:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=127562"},"modified":"2023-08-17T16:09:35","modified_gmt":"2023-08-17T22:09:35","slug":"obtiene-pgje-vinculacion-a-proceso-por-tentativa-de-feminicidio-en-la-paz","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=127562","title":{"rendered":"Obtiene PGJE vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso por tentativa de feminicidio en La Paz"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-127563 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/FOTO-COMUNICADO-DE-PRENSA-561-2023-587x492.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"330\" height=\"277\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/FOTO-COMUNICADO-DE-PRENSA-561-2023-587x492.png 587w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/FOTO-COMUNICADO-DE-PRENSA-561-2023-150x126.png 150w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/FOTO-COMUNICADO-DE-PRENSA-561-2023-768x644.png 768w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/FOTO-COMUNICADO-DE-PRENSA-561-2023.png 940w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 330px) 100vw, 330px\" \/>Durante audiencia inicial, la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE) de Baja California Sur, acredit\u00f3 la participaci\u00f3n de Israel \u201cN\u201d en el delito de tentativa de femicidio en agravio de su pareja, por hechos ocurridos en la capital del estado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo a la causa penal S1036\/2023, el pasado 14 de agosto, alrededor de las 01:30 horas, la v\u00edctima fue amenazada de muerte y agredida f\u00edsicamente por el imputado, quien intent\u00f3 privarla de la vida con un objeto punzo cortante (cuchillo), sobre la v\u00eda p\u00fablica en las calles Venustiano Carranza y callej\u00f3n Sin Nombre, de la colonia Guadalupe Victoria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Un ciudadano que iba pasando, escuch\u00f3 gritos de ayuda y al llegar al lugar para verificar, observ\u00f3 al probable responsable agrediendo a la v\u00edctima, por lo que solicit\u00f3 la presencia de elementos policiacos, los cuales detuvieron a Israel \u201cN\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Derivado de la agresi\u00f3n, la v\u00edctima result\u00f3 con diversas lesiones que ponen en peligro su vida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante estos hechos, la instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia, inici\u00f3 las diligencias correspondientes a trav\u00e9s de la Unidad Especializada en Investigaci\u00f3n del Delito de Feminicidio, donde aport\u00f3 los suficientes datos de prueba y el caso se judicializ\u00f3 por el delito de feminicidio agravado en grado de tentativa acabada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia, celebrada el 16 de agosto y tras validar los datos de prueba proporcionados por la PGJE, el Juez de Control calific\u00f3 de legal la detenci\u00f3n, determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso al imputado, imponiendo la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva excepcional y otorgando cuatro meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Durante audiencia inicial, la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE) de Baja California Sur, acredit\u00f3 la participaci\u00f3n de Israel<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":127563,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[22],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-127562","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-policiacas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
