\/>Luego de concluir el recorrido de evaluaci\u00f3n de da\u00f1os y necesidades por las zonas m\u00e1s afectadas por el hurac\u00e1n Hilary en el municipio de Muleg\u00e9, el gobernador V\u00edctor Manuel Castro Cos\u00edo dijo que el balance, en general, salvo el lamentable fallecimiento de una persona, ha dejado beneficios para el estado. \u201cLas labores de reconstrucci\u00f3n han iniciado de inmediato, hay unidad, \u00e1nimo y con el trabajo coordinado vamos a levantar nuestros pueblos\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El Gobernador record\u00f3 que desde antes, durante y despu\u00e9s del hurac\u00e1n, instituciones y pueblo han estado juntos, organiz\u00e1ndose para que las comunidades sean atendidas de manera inmediata y sientan que no est\u00e1n solos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\u201cHicimos un balance, las afectaciones en vivienda son importantes, m\u00e1s de 50 en zonas de la Pac\u00edfico Norte y Santa Rosal\u00eda, ya se hacen los estudios para reconstruir algunas y reubicar a otras familias que ya no pueden seguir viviendo en zonas de alto riesgo\u201d, coment\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La rehabilitaci\u00f3n de calles y carreteras avanza, en tanto que hizo el compromiso de enfocar todos los esfuerzos en la reconstrucci\u00f3n de caminos en los cinco municipios de la entidad para restablecer una comunicaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s \u00e1gil y segura de centros pesqueros y comunidades rurales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El Ejecutivo estatal precis\u00f3 que este primer balance, no permite a\u00fan hablar de una cuantificaci\u00f3n de los da\u00f1os, pero que ser\u00e1 en breve cuando ya se tenga un mayor conocimiento sobre los costos que dejaron las afectaciones de Hilary.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Tambi\u00e9n precis\u00f3 que a la par de los trabajos de reconstrucci\u00f3n de las zonas m\u00e1s afectadas, ha sido atendida la otra parte de la emergencia y se han llevado a cabo programas de asistencia social, garantizando a las familias afectadas atenci\u00f3n a sus necesidades m\u00e1s elementales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El Mandatario sudcaliforniano reconoci\u00f3 el respaldo del presidente de la Rep\u00fablica, Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador, y de la titular del Consejo Nacional de Protecci\u00f3n Civil, Laura Vel\u00e1zquez, as\u00ed como a todas las instituciones de los tres \u00f3rdenes de gobierno y de las Fuerzas Armadas, lo que consider\u00f3 es ejemplar para que las comunidades afectadas en todo el estado pronto vuelvan a su normalidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align:
