{"id":127941,"date":"2023-08-28T19:39:19","date_gmt":"2023-08-29T01:39:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=127941"},"modified":"2023-08-28T19:39:19","modified_gmt":"2023-08-29T01:39:19","slug":"aprehende-pgje-a-dos-personas-en-los-cabos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=127941","title":{"rendered":"Aprehende PGJE a dos personas en Los Cabos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-127942 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/FOTO-COMUNICADO-DE-PRENSA-583-2023-587x492.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"380\" height=\"319\" \/>En el trabajo diario\u00a0de\u00a0la aplicaci\u00f3n\u00a0de\u00a0la justicia, la Procuradur\u00eda\u00a0General\u00a0de\u00a0Justicia del Estado (PGJE)\u00a0de\u00a0Baja California Sur, dio cumplimiento\u00a0a\u00a0dos \u00f3rdenes\u00a0de\u00a0aprehensi\u00f3n\u00a0en contra\u00a0de\u00a0igual n\u00famero\u00a0de\u00a0imputados,\u00a0a\u00a0quienes la autoridad judicial solicitaba para que comparecieran por su presunta participaci\u00f3n en delitos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Los operativos, realizados por agentes\u00a0de\u00a0investigaci\u00f3n\u00a0de\u00a0la Unidad\u00a0de\u00a0Mandamientos Judiciales, se ejecutaron en el municipio de Los Cabos,\u00a0durante la jornada del 26 de agosto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En una primera acci\u00f3n, se logr\u00f3 la ubicaci\u00f3n y aseguramiento\u00a0de\u00a0Luis Andr\u00e9s \u201cN\u201d de 27 a\u00f1os, a\u00a0quien un Juez\u00a0de\u00a0Control solicit\u00f3 por los hechos en el que se le imputa el delito de lesiones, por hechos ocurridos en San Jos\u00e9 del Cabo, derivado de la causa penal J342\/2022. Su detenci\u00f3n fue realizada en la colonia Cangrejos en Cabo San Lucas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De igual forma, Mart\u00edn \u201cN\u201d de 29 a\u00f1os, fue notificado de una orden de\u00a0aprehensi\u00f3n\u00a0en su contra por el delito de da\u00f1os culposos, derivado de una denuncia interpuesta en el 2019 por el delito de da\u00f1os culposos.
