\/>El diputado Rigoberto Mares Aguilar Coordinador de la Fracci\u00f3n Parlamentaria del PAN, asumi\u00f3 la presidencia de la Junta de Gobierno y Coordinaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica (JUGOCOPO) de la XVI Legislatura del Congreso del Estado de Baja California Sur para el periodo de 2023-2024.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">En sesi\u00f3n de entrega &#8211; recepci\u00f3n de la JUGOCOPO, el presidente saliente diputado Luis Armando D\u00edaz Coordinador de la Fracci\u00f3n Parlamentaria del PT entreg\u00f3 el estado administrativo, financiero, legislativo y pol\u00edtico que guarda la administraci\u00f3n de la XVI Legislatura, correspondiente al \u00faltimo a\u00f1o de trabajo (septiembre 2022 &#8211; agosto 2023) en dos tomos f\u00edsicos, as\u00ed como una relaci\u00f3n de asuntos de la agenda pendiente de la JUGOCOPO, correspondiente al esquema de trabajo estipulado por los mismos integrantes de la junta. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">Al tomar protesta el nuevo presidente Rigoberto Mares Aguilar extern\u00f3 que, a pesar de las diferencias\u00a0 ideol\u00f3gicas y partidarias, hemos privilegiado el dialogo y buscado los acuerdos y consensos en los temas que podamos coincidir e institucionales. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">Reconoci\u00f3 el desempe\u00f1o de los dos presidentes que le antecedieron, diputados Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Avil\u00e9s Castro (Morena 2021-2022) y Luis Armando D\u00edaz (PT); agradeci\u00f3 que hayan sido receptivos y tolerantes a la cr\u00edtica y planteamientos divergentes que en su momento pudieron haber hecho como fracci\u00f3n opositora, lo cual ha permitido el trabajo durante dos a\u00f1os en la junta. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">Reconoci\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n a los integrantes de la junta, por los acuerdos alcanzados y ofreci\u00f3 seguir en esa t\u00f3nica, \u201cque por encima de divergencias podamos encontrar coincidencias, sobre todo en los temas institucionales; que aquello que nos permita avanzar para hacer de Baja California Sur un Estado mejor, me parece que todos debemos hacer nuestro mejor esfuerzo y en ese sentido, ese ser\u00e1 el trabajo que me corresponda y al que me comprometo hacer\u201d. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">Por su parte el presidente saliente diputado Luis Armando D\u00edaz dijo que \u201cNos comprometimos a dirigir los trabajos con responsabilidad y transparencia, a construir acuerdos y consensos para que la parte del d\u00eda a d\u00eda del Poder Legislativo, a trav\u00e9s de la junta, pudi\u00e9ramos cumplir con nuestro marco normativo, particularmente con la Ley Org\u00e1nica y de la propia Constituci\u00f3n\u201d. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">Finalmente agradeci\u00f3 a sus hom\u00f3logos integrantes de la JUGOCOPO por su disposici\u00f3n, acuerdos, y se pronunci\u00f3 porque en el Poder Legislativo se siga privilegiando el inter\u00e9s superior de Baja California Sur. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span
