{"id":128233,"date":"2023-09-03T15:33:31","date_gmt":"2023-09-03T21:33:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=128233"},"modified":"2023-09-03T15:33:31","modified_gmt":"2023-09-03T21:33:31","slug":"se-llevo-a-cabo-reunion-del-subcomite-especial-de-vivienda-del-copladebcs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=128233","title":{"rendered":"Se llev\u00f3 a cabo reuni\u00f3n del subcomit\u00e9 especial de vivienda del COPLADEBCS"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-128234 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/FOTO-BOLETIN-INVI-COPLADE-738x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"363\" height=\"242\" \/>Con el objetivo de validar la presentaci\u00f3n de la informaci\u00f3n de las obras y acciones llevadas a cabo durante el periodo septiembre 2022 &#8211; agosto 2023, mismas que formar\u00e1n parte de la glosa del Segundo Informe del gobierno de Baja California Sur, se reunieron integrantes del Subcomit\u00e9 Especial de Vivienda del COPLADEBCS, cont\u00e1ndose con la presencia de representaciones de SEPUIMM, Secretar\u00eda del Bienestar, SEDATU, la Secretar\u00eda del Trabajo, Bienestar y Desarrollo Social, la Secretar\u00eda de Finanzas y Administraci\u00f3n del Estado, del INFONAVIT, la CMIC y el Colegio de Ingenieros Civiles.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\">En lo que correspondi\u00f3 a la directora general del INVI y coordinadora del Subcomit\u00e9, Fernanda Villarreal Gonz\u00e1lez, present\u00f3 para su validaci\u00f3n acciones con una inversi\u00f3n de 93.3 MDP para la realizaci\u00f3n de 201 obras, consistentes en viviendas progresivas, rec\u00e1maras con ba\u00f1o incluyente, ba\u00f1os incluyentes, rec\u00e1maras adicionales y cuartos dormitorio con ba\u00f1o incluyente; adem\u00e1s de 1,277 acciones relacionadas con el mejoramiento y rehabilitaci\u00f3n de viviendas, entrega de l\u00e1minas, cr\u00e9ditos de terrenos, t\u00edtulos de propiedad, liberaciones de hipotecas y reasignaciones de terreno, destacando la formalizaci\u00f3n de convenios de colaboraci\u00f3n con dependencias y organismos estatales y federales.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\">A trav\u00e9s de dicha reuni\u00f3n se valid\u00f3 la informaci\u00f3n presentada por el INFONAVIT, instituci\u00f3n que en este periodo otorg\u00f3 2,642 cr\u00e9ditos con un importe de 1,301.7 MDP.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\">\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">A trav\u00e9s de este encuentro, se reafirma el compromiso del Gobierno del Estado con el desarrollo y el bienestar en materia vivienda para beneficio de familias de escasos recursos en Baja California Sur.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Con el objetivo de validar la presentaci\u00f3n de la informaci\u00f3n de las obras y acciones llevadas a cabo durante el<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_dont_email_post_to_subs":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paywalled_content":false,"_jetpack_feature_clip_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2},"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-128233","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-noticias"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.3 -
