{"id":128236,"date":"2023-09-03T15:34:56","date_gmt":"2023-09-03T21:34:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=128236"},"modified":"2023-09-03T15:34:56","modified_gmt":"2023-09-03T21:34:56","slug":"se-unen-colegio-de-notarios-de-bcs-y-gobierno-estatal-con-septiembre-mes-del-testamento","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=128236","title":{"rendered":"Se unen Colegio de Notarios de BCS y Gobierno Estatal, con \u201cSeptiembre, Mes del Testamento\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-128237 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/FOTO1-BOLETIN-SGG-TESTAMENTO-738x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"325\" height=\"217\" \/>Con la finalidad de seguir fortaleciendo la suma de esfuerzos en aras de acercar, junto con los diferentes gremios de la sociedad, aquellos servicios, programas y acciones que generen bienestar a la ciudadan\u00eda, el Gobierno del Estado se une al Colegio de Notarios de Baja California Sur, a la campa\u00f1a nacional \u201cSeptiembre, Mes del Testamento\u201d, la cual busca promover la participaci\u00f3n social e informar sobre la importancia de dejar una disposici\u00f3n testamentaria, con lo cual se da certeza jur\u00eddica al patrimonio familiar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En acto encabezado por el gobernador del Estado, V\u00edctor Manuel Castro Cos\u00edo con integrantes del Colegio y su presidente, Carlos Ar\u00e1mburo Romero, se reiter\u00f3 la relevancia de socializar entre la poblaci\u00f3n, el contar con este instrumento jur\u00eddico, para que se herede tranquilidad, evitando con ello gastos mayores, problemas legales y familiares.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\u201cDesde el Gobierno del Estado, a trav\u00e9s de la Secretar\u00eda General de Gobierno y la Consejer\u00eda Jur\u00eddica, encargada de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Notar\u00edas, se busca fomentar la conciencia sobre planificar el futuro legal y financiero; de ah\u00ed, que sea crucial redactarlo para asegurar que la decisi\u00f3n que tomemos hoy sobre el destino de nuestro patrimonio, sea respetada despu\u00e9s de haber fallecido\u201d, enfatiz\u00f3 el Mandatario estatal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El presidente del Colegio, Carlos Ar\u00e1mburo, dio a conocer que durante este mes y como parte de la campa\u00f1a, las Notar\u00edas ampl\u00edan sus horarios de atenci\u00f3n, otorgan un 50 por ciento de descuento en la realizaci\u00f3n de este tr\u00e1mite y brindan asesor\u00edas, as\u00ed como informaci\u00f3n referente a ventajas y beneficios de tener dicho documento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Durante el encuentro, se record\u00f3 que esta campa\u00f1a dio inicio en M\u00e9xico, en el a\u00f1o 2003, en el marco de la colaboraci\u00f3n interinstitucional entre la Secretar\u00eda de Gobernaci\u00f3n y el Colegio Nacional del Notariado Mexicano.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">V\u00edctor Castro, exhort\u00f3 a las y los ciudadanos a acercarse a las Notar\u00edas para que se informen sobre este proceso y puedan redactar su testamento, el cual dijo, \u201cno s\u00f3lo trata de distribuir bienes, derechos y obligaciones, sino que tambi\u00e9n implica preservar un legado; acto que brinda seguridad jur\u00eddica para nuestros seres queridos, cuando ya no estemos\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Con la finalidad de seguir fortaleciendo la suma de esfuerzos en aras de acercar, junto con los diferentes gremios de<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-128236","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-noticias"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
