{"id":128257,"date":"2023-09-04T17:32:35","date_gmt":"2023-09-04T23:32:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=128257"},"modified":"2023-09-04T17:32:35","modified_gmt":"2023-09-04T23:32:35","slug":"obtiene-pgje-otro-fallo-condenatorio-contra-culpable-de-violacion-equiparada","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=128257","title":{"rendered":"Obtiene PGJE otro fallo condenatorio contra culpable de violaci\u00f3n equiparada"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-128258 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/FOTO-COMUNICADO-DE-PRENSA-602-2023-587x492.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"367\" height=\"308\" \/>Por el delito de violaci\u00f3n que \u00d3scar cometi\u00f3 el entre el 1 de abril y el 10 de mayo del 2016 al interior de un domicilio que se ubica en la colonia Lomas del Sol en Cabo San Lucas, en agravio de una menor de edad, el Tribunal de Enjuiciamiento lo declar\u00f3 culpable y el viernes 15 dar\u00e1 a conocer los a\u00f1os que le impondr\u00e1n como sentencia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Derivado de estos hechos y la denuncia de la parte ofendida, la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia (PGJE) por medio de la agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Subprocuradur\u00eda de Atenci\u00f3n a V\u00edctimas de Delitos Contra la Libertad Sexual y la Familia, inici\u00f3 las acciones investigativas y procedi\u00f3 a realizar todos los procesos legales para identificar, detener y vincular a proceso al ahora declarado culpable.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En las audiencias de Juicio Oral que se realizaron los d\u00edas 11, 14, 15, 22, 23 de agosto y viernes 1 del mes en curso, las agentes del Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Unidad en menci\u00f3n, obtuvieron fallo condenatorio para el culpable del delito de violaci\u00f3n equiparada, presentando los medios de prueba recabados en exhaustivo trabajo de la tetralog\u00eda de la investigaci\u00f3n que, valorados por el juez, derivaron en dicho fallo condenatorio que determin\u00f3 el Tribunal de Enjuiciamiento en la audiencia efectuada el 1 de septiembre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El viernes 15 de septiembre el Tribunal de Enjuiciamiento emitir\u00e1 la sentencia condenatoria que impondr\u00e1 a \u00d3scar \u201cN\u201d y que deber\u00e1 pasar en prisi\u00f3n por este delito.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La PGJE cumple su compromiso de\u00a0velar por los derechos de v\u00edctimas y ofendidos para combatir la impunidad y dejar ante la autoridad Judicial, a quien comete actividades il\u00edcitas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por el delito de violaci\u00f3n que \u00d3scar cometi\u00f3 el entre el 1 de abril y el 10 de mayo del<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[22],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-128257","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-policiacas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
