{"id":128260,"date":"2023-09-04T17:37:05","date_gmt":"2023-09-04T23:37:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=128260"},"modified":"2023-09-04T17:37:05","modified_gmt":"2023-09-04T23:37:05","slug":"alexis-n-queda-vinculado-a-proceso-por-robo-equiparado-de-vehiculo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=128260","title":{"rendered":"Alexis \u201cN\u201d queda vinculado a proceso por robo equiparado de veh\u00edculo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-128261 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/FOTO-COMUNICADO-DE-PRENSA-601-2023-587x492.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"416\" height=\"349\" \/>Por su probable responsabilidad en el delito de robo equiparado de veh\u00edculo, que probablemente cometi\u00f3 el pasado 25 de agosto del a\u00f1o en curso una persona del sexo masculino fue vinculado a proceso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Durante la continuaci\u00f3n de audiencia inicial para control de detenci\u00f3n, que se realiz\u00f3 el 28 de agosto, el Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Unidad de Especializada en Atenci\u00f3n de Personas Detenidas\u00a0argument\u00f3 que el imputado fue sorprendido cuando conduc\u00eda un veh\u00edculo tipo motocicleta, que hab\u00eda sido reportada como robada horas antes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Tras recibir la denuncia de los hechos, los agentes iniciaron con las indagatorias logrando identificar y encontrar elementos de prueba sobre la relaci\u00f3n de Alexis \u201cN\u201d en los hechos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante lo expuesto por el Representante Social en la audiencia en menci\u00f3n el Juez resolvi\u00f3 iniciar un proceso penal en contra del imputado para el que determin\u00f3 prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada por el delito de robo equiparado de veh\u00edculo, al representante social le otorg\u00f3 2 meses para la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La PGJE cumple con su compromiso de realizar acciones que den certeza jur\u00eddica al estado de Derecho en beneficio de las familias sudcalifornianas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por su probable responsabilidad en el delito de robo equiparado de veh\u00edculo, que probablemente cometi\u00f3 el pasado 25 de agosto<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[22],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-128260","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-policiacas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
