{"id":128281,"date":"2023-09-04T18:07:04","date_gmt":"2023-09-05T00:07:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=128281"},"modified":"2023-09-04T18:07:04","modified_gmt":"2023-09-05T00:07:04","slug":"ley-de-instituciones-y-procedimientos-electorales-del-estado-de-bcs-no-fue-impugnada-diputada-marbella-gonzalez","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=128281","title":{"rendered":"Ley de Instituciones y Procedimientos Electorales del Estado de BCS no fue impugnada: Diputada Marbella Gonz\u00e1lez"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p class=\"LO-normal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-128282 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/DIP-MARBELLA-GONZALEZ-4-743x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"426\" height=\"282\" \/>Al vencerse el plazo para que instituciones p\u00fablicas presentaran acciones de inconstitucionalidad sobre la Ley de Instituciones y Procedimiento Electorales del Estado de Baja California Sur, hasta la fecha el Congreso del Estado no ha recibido notificaci\u00f3n alguna sobre ese ordenamiento legal publicado en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial del\u00a0 Gobierno del Estado el pasado 26 de julio del presente a\u00f1o, dio a conocer la Diputada Lorena Marbella Gonz\u00e1lez D\u00edaz, quien fuera la Presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n Especial para la Reforma Electoral en la Entidad.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">La legisladora subray\u00f3 que en virtud de este contexto, todo indica que el pr\u00f3ximo proceso electoral tendr\u00e1 reglas claras para darle certeza al proceso de renovaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica en la Entidad.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">Marbella Gonz\u00e1lez D\u00edaz explic\u00f3 que seg\u00fan lo establece el art\u00edculo 105, fracci\u00f3n segunda de la Constituci\u00f3n General de la Rep\u00fablica, se otorgan treinta d\u00edas naturales a partir de su publicaci\u00f3n para cualquier tipo de controversia, tiempo que concluy\u00f3 el pasado 26 de agosto. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"LO-normal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u201cPero esperamos un tiempo razonable de nueve d\u00edas naturales para esperar una eventual notificaci\u00f3n.
