{"id":128331,"date":"2023-09-05T17:49:08","date_gmt":"2023-09-05T23:49:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=128331"},"modified":"2023-09-05T17:49:08","modified_gmt":"2023-09-05T23:49:08","slug":"quedan-vinculados-a-proceso-por-robo-cometido-por-dos-personas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=128331","title":{"rendered":"Quedan vinculados a proceso por robo cometido por dos personas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-128332 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/FOTO-COMUNICADO-DE-PRENSA-603-2023-587x492.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"345\" height=\"289\" \/>En la audiencia inicial\u00a0de control de detenci\u00f3n, que se efectu\u00f3 el pasado domingo 3 de septiembre, en el Centro de Justicia Penal de San Jos\u00e9 del Cabo, la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE), obtuvo vinculaci\u00f3n a\u00a0proceso\u00a0contra dos personas, un hombre y una mujer, identificados como Juan Carlos \u201cN\u201d y Alondra \u201cN\u201d, por\u00a0su probable responsabilidad en la comisi\u00f3n de delito de\u00a0robo\u00a0calificado cometido por dos personas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo a la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n, el pasado jueves 31 de agosto del a\u00f1o en curso, en calles de la colonia ampliaci\u00f3n Santa Rosa, en San Jos\u00e9 del Cabo, los imputados arrebataron el tel\u00e9fono celular a la v\u00edctima, para salir huyendo con rumbo desconocido.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Derivado de este hecho, el agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Unidad Especializada en Atenci\u00f3n de Personas Detenidas, apertur\u00f3 la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n correspondiente para lograr establecer la posible participaci\u00f3n de los imputados en la comisi\u00f3n del hecho que la ley se\u00f1ala como delito de robo\u00a0calificado cometido por dos personas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En la audiencia, el juez de control decret\u00f3 auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a\u00a0proceso\u00a0y las medidas cautelares que obligan a los imputados a la firma peri\u00f3dica y les proh\u00edbe acercarse a la v\u00edctima y a su domicilio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Al agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico le otorg\u00f3 2 meses para el cierre del plazo de la investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En la audiencia inicial\u00a0de control de detenci\u00f3n, que se efectu\u00f3 el pasado domingo 3 de septiembre, en el Centro de<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_dont_email_post_to_subs":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paywalled_content":false,"_jetpack_feature_clip_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2},"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false},"categories":[22],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-128331","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-policiacas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.3 -
