{"id":128486,"date":"2023-09-08T17:45:20","date_gmt":"2023-09-08T23:45:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=128486"},"modified":"2023-09-08T17:45:20","modified_gmt":"2023-09-08T23:45:20","slug":"atiende-deporte-municipal-a-60-atletas-de-selectivos-con-psicologo-deportivo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=128486","title":{"rendered":"Atiende Deporte Municipal a 60 atletas de selectivos con psic\u00f3logo deportivo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-128487 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/Atiende-Deporte-Municipal-a-60-atletas-de-selectivos-con-psicologo-deportivo-549x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"367\" height=\"329\" \/>Durante este primer mes de trabajos y actividades con la incorporaci\u00f3n del psic\u00f3logo deportivo, Rolando Cuevas a la Direcci\u00f3n Municipal del Deporte, se han atendido alrededor de 60 deportistas que forman parte de los selectivos pace\u00f1os, inform\u00f3 su titular, Guillermo Ortalejo Hern\u00e1ndez.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Al respecto, mencion\u00f3 que es importante reforzar los selectivos en las diversas disciplinas donde competir\u00e1 La Paz en la Etapa Estatal de los Nacionales CONADE, \u201ces por eso que la incorporaci\u00f3n de la psicolog\u00eda deportiva viene para reforzar a nuestras y nuestros atletas, ya cumplimos un mes de trabajo y casi 60 deportistas de b\u00e1squetbol, levantamiento de pesas, ciclismo, voleibol de playa, box y f\u00fatbol femenil han recibido la atenci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, el psic\u00f3logo deportivo coment\u00f3 que ha realizado entrevistas con entrenadores y atletas, as\u00ed como evaluaciones para posteriormente preparar un plan de atenci\u00f3n personalizado que consiste en concentraci\u00f3n, enfoque, control de ansiedad y el uso de la respiraci\u00f3n adecuada para la relajaci\u00f3n, con el objetivo de brindar elementos psicol\u00f3gicos a cada atleta que les permita estar en buenas condiciones precompetitivas, competitivas y postcompetitivas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que a\u00fan falta acercarse a otras disciplinas y a m\u00e1s deportistas, \u201cllevamos un mes de trabajo, la respuesta de los atletas y entrenadores ha sido positiva, est\u00e1n interesados en trabajar en equipo para potencializar sus resultados, en estas semanas seguiremos manteniendo el acercamiento con ellos y sumaremos a m\u00e1s atletas y entrenadores\u201d, finaliz\u00f3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Durante este primer mes de trabajos y actividades con la incorporaci\u00f3n del psic\u00f3logo deportivo, Rolando Cuevas a la Direcci\u00f3n Municipal<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[40],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-128486","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-municipios"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
