{"id":128594,"date":"2023-09-11T21:37:50","date_gmt":"2023-09-12T03:37:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=128594"},"modified":"2023-09-11T21:37:50","modified_gmt":"2023-09-12T03:37:50","slug":"buro-politico-transformacion-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=128594","title":{"rendered":"Bur\u00f3 Pol\u00edtico\/ \u00a1Transformaci\u00f3n!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-110097 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/GOBERNADOR-VICTOR-MANUEL-CASTRO-COSIO-1-755x462.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"332\" height=\"203\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/GOBERNADOR-VICTOR-MANUEL-CASTRO-COSIO-1-755x462.jpeg 755w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/GOBERNADOR-VICTOR-MANUEL-CASTRO-COSIO-1-150x92.jpeg 150w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/GOBERNADOR-VICTOR-MANUEL-CASTRO-COSIO-1-768x470.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/GOBERNADOR-VICTOR-MANUEL-CASTRO-COSIO-1.jpeg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 332px) 100vw, 332px\" \/>Por Ariel Vilchis <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La idea de gobernar no basta con entenderla como la sola actividad de administrar recursos o ejercer un presupuesto, la idea de un buen gobierno es principalmente la b\u00fasqueda del bien com\u00fan; ese avanzar progresivo en la igualdad, la trasparencia, el desarrollo y las oportunidades para todos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Los primeros dos a\u00f1os de gobierno del Prof. <strong>V\u00edctor Castro Cos\u00edo<\/strong> se han enfocado en buscar ese equilibrio que acorte la brecha de los que menos tienen. <em>\u201cQue nadie se quede atr\u00e1s, que nadie se quede fuera\u201d,<\/em> es una forma clara de describir el ejercicio de gobierno que tiene como caracter\u00edstica velar por los menos favorecidos, con el objetivo de encontrar la verdadera justicia social.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De tal manera que han pasado ya dos a\u00f1os que no han sido f\u00e1ciles, por la sencilla raz\u00f3n de que, al gobernar, tambi\u00e9n se debe enfrentar con los viejos vicios del pasado; por la resistencia al cambio de un modelo pol\u00edtico econ\u00f3mico que estaba dise\u00f1ado para fomentar el gasto desmedido e infructuoso y, sin embargo, la administraci\u00f3n estatal de Castro Cos\u00edo ha sentado las bases para la lucha contra la corrupci\u00f3n, fomentando el ahorro con un gobierno austero enfocado a abatir la desigualdad de los que menos tienen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Gobernar con una visi\u00f3n transformadora no es sencillo, requiere de cambios paulatinos, es un proceso que no se da de la noche a la ma\u00f1ana y V\u00edctor Castro ha demostrado que gobernando de la mano del pueblo, coordinado con las instancia de gobierno federales y municipales se puede Avanzar en los temas prioritarios como lo son la Salud, la Educaci\u00f3n, la Seguridad Publica, el Empleo, Turismo, Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico, rubros que sin duda presentar\u00e1n buenos n\u00fameros una vez que se den a conocer, cuando se presente en unos d\u00edas el segundo informe de gobierno.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Por lo pronto, la administraci\u00f3n estatal que encabeza el Prof. V\u00edctor Castro ha cumplido su segundo a\u00f1o de gobierno, de cara al pueblo, cercano a la gente, con transparencia, con igualdad, buscando el bien com\u00fan. Rindiendo buenas cuentas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Y empezar\u00e1 un tercer a\u00f1o de gobierno donde lo pol\u00edtico acaparar\u00e1 la atenci\u00f3n, donde la elecci\u00f3n intermedia marcar\u00e1 el rumbo de la segunda mitad del mandato de V\u00edctor Castro Cos\u00edo, pero esa ser\u00e1 otra historia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Hoy por hoy, a dos a\u00f1os de gobernar con una visi\u00f3n transformadora, el cambio, el cambio lo trae el profe. <strong>V\u00edctor Castro<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ya veremos qu\u00e9 sucede, es mi opini\u00f3n.
