Domingo Carballo F\u00e9lix\u201d ofrece por vez primera en sus 79 a\u00f1os de existencia la licenciatura en Educaci\u00f3n Inicial a partir del presente ciclo escolar, inform\u00f3 el director del plantel, Juan Luis Amador Talamantes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">A cargo de la maestra Rosa P\u00e9rpuly Verdugo, la carrera permitir\u00e1 atender a un sector muy importante de la poblaci\u00f3n infantil, ya que estudios cient\u00edficos han demostrado que los menores de 0 a 3 a\u00f1os pueden adquirir habilidades, h\u00e1bitos y valores esenciales, as\u00ed como desarrollar autonom\u00eda, creatividad y aptitudes que son fundamentales para su desempe\u00f1o personal y social.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Amador Talamantes coment\u00f3 que en 2022 tuvieron el prop\u00f3sito de abrir la carrera, pero a\u00fan no era incluida por la Direcci\u00f3n General de Educaci\u00f3n Superior para Profesionales de la Educaci\u00f3n (DGESPE), lo cual s\u00ed ocurri\u00f3 en 2023. Antes de que iniciara el ciclo escolar, personal de la BENU recibi\u00f3 capacitaci\u00f3n de las escuelas normales de Puebla y Nuevo Le\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Dijo el directivo que este proyecto nace como resultado de la reforma al Art\u00edculo 3\u00ba de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, de 2019, el cual establece que la educaci\u00f3n inicial es un derecho de la ni\u00f1ez y que el Estado la garantizar\u00e1 como parte de la educaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Expres\u00f3 que los pr\u00f3ximos egresados ser\u00e1n competentes en la investigaci\u00f3n, inclusi\u00f3n e innovaci\u00f3n pedag\u00f3gica para atender el desarrollo integral de ni\u00f1as y ni\u00f1os, y se sumar\u00e1n a los centros de atenci\u00f3n infantil (CAI) p\u00fablicos y privados que ofrecen este nivel de ense\u00f1anza a infantes de 45 d\u00edas a tres a\u00f1os de edad.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Con un grupo de 26 estudiantes, la Benem\u00e9rita Escuela Normal Urbana \u201cProfr.
