{"id":128956,"date":"2023-09-20T20:26:06","date_gmt":"2023-09-21T02:26:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=128956"},"modified":"2023-09-20T20:26:06","modified_gmt":"2023-09-21T02:26:06","slug":"gobierno-del-estado-y-fonatur-establecen-mesas-de-trabajo-para-recuperacion-del-cip-de-los-cabos-y-loreto","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=128956","title":{"rendered":"Gobierno del Estado y Fonatur establecen mesas de trabajo para recuperaci\u00f3n del CIP de Los Cabos y Loreto"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-128957 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/FOTO-BOLETIN-964-FONATUR-738x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"378\" height=\"252\" \/>El Gobierno del Estado y el Fondo Nacional de Fomento al Turismo (Fonatur), acordaron acciones para la rehabilitaci\u00f3n del Centro Integralmente Planeado (CIP) de los municipios de Los Cabos y Loreto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Lo anterior, se concret\u00f3 en una mesa de trabajo realizada en Sala de Gobernadores, misma que fue encabezada por el Gobernador del Estado, V\u00edctor Castro Cos\u00edo, con la presencia de la directora de Desarrollo de FONATUR, Lyndia Quiroz Zavala, la alcaldesa de Loreto, Paola Margarita Cota Davis, y representantes del ayuntamiento de Los Cabos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Durante esta reuni\u00f3n, se plantearon las acciones de operaci\u00f3n de los servicios y mantenimiento del Centro Integralmente Planeado de Loreto y Los Cabos, incluyendo la infraestructura de ambos municipios, priorizando servicios de agua potable y manteamiento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Otro tema consisti\u00f3 en el programa de Fomento y promoci\u00f3n de la inversi\u00f3n en el sector tur\u00edstico, con el cual se busca atraer inversi\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de la comercializaci\u00f3n de los lotes e inmuebles localizados en los CIP de dichas localidades de la entidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, se abord\u00f3 la declaratoria de las \u00c1reas Naturales Protegidas del Parque Nopol\u00f3 y el Parque Nacional Loreto, destinados a la conservaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de dos decretos presidenciales, en los cuales ya se trabaja de forma coordinada con el Gobierno de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En este sentido, Castro Cos\u00edo destac\u00f3 la importancia de estos proyectos para generar prosperidad compartida para las y los sudcalifornianos, en donde se procura que el \u00e9xito tur\u00edstico se refleje en mayor bienestar y desarrollo de mujeres y hombres que habitan esta tierra, concluy\u00f3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Gobierno del Estado y el Fondo Nacional de Fomento al Turismo (Fonatur), acordaron acciones para la rehabilitaci\u00f3n del Centro<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-128956","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-noticias"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
