{"id":129223,"date":"2023-09-27T17:53:35","date_gmt":"2023-09-27T23:53:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=129223"},"modified":"2023-09-27T17:53:35","modified_gmt":"2023-09-27T23:53:35","slug":"obtiene-pgje-prision-preventiva-para-otro-imputado-por-violacion-agravada","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=129223","title":{"rendered":"Obtiene PGJE prisi\u00f3n preventiva para otro imputado por violaci\u00f3n agravada"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-129224 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/FOTO-DEL-COMUNICADO-683-2023-587x492.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"359\" height=\"301\" \/>En la continuaci\u00f3n de audiencia inicial por orden de aprehensi\u00f3n que se efectu\u00f3 el martes 26 del mes en curso en el Centro de Justicia Penal de Ciudad Constituci\u00f3n, Manuel Salvador \u201cN\u201d, qued\u00f3 formalmente vinculado a proceso y permanecer\u00e1 en prisi\u00f3n el tiempo que dure dicho proceso, imputado por violaci\u00f3n agravada de persona menor de edad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Los datos de prueba presentados por la agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Unidad de Investigaci\u00f3n y Judicializaci\u00f3n de Delitos Contra la Libertad Sexual y la Familia, lograron que el Juez de Control determinara auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso y prisi\u00f3n preventiva contra el imputado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo a la Causa Penal\u00a0J32\/2023,\u00a0los\u00a0hechos con los que se relaciona al imputado, ocurrieron el 12 de septiembre del a\u00f1o en curso, en un domicilio que se ubica en una colonia Centro de Ciudad Constituci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante la denuncia de hechos de la parte ofendida, la agente Ministerio P\u00fablico coordin\u00f3 las acciones ministeriales necesarias para reunir los datos de prueba suficientes y necesarios para relacionar a Manuel \u201cN\u201d con el il\u00edcito.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El Juez de Control brind\u00f3 a la Representante Social tres meses para la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Reducir los \u00edndices de criminalidad en todo el estado y llevar ante la justicia a quienes cometen estos delitos, es tarea primordial de la PGJE y para lo que trabajan diariamente los especialistas de la tetralog\u00eda de la investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En la continuaci\u00f3n de audiencia inicial por orden de aprehensi\u00f3n que se efectu\u00f3 el martes 26 del mes en curso<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[22],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-129223","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-policiacas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.7 -
