{"id":129428,"date":"2023-10-01T12:47:14","date_gmt":"2023-10-01T18:47:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=129428"},"modified":"2023-10-01T12:47:14","modified_gmt":"2023-10-01T18:47:14","slug":"analizan-iniciativa-ciudadana-para-castigar-coaccion-de-menores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=129428","title":{"rendered":"Analizan iniciativa ciudadana para castigar coacci\u00f3n de menores"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-129429 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/RT-INICIATIVA-CIUDADANA-743x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"404\" height=\"267\" \/>Integrantes de la Comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales y de Justicia de la XVI Legislatura del Congreso del Estado en conjunto con asesores e iniciador analizaron la iniciativa ciudadana que busca adicionar el art\u00edculo 205 Ter del C\u00f3digo Penal para el Estado de Baja California Sur, presentada por Rafael Loera V\u00e1zquez, misma que tiene el prop\u00f3sito de sancionar a quien someta, condicione o coaccione a menores de edad para cambiar o modificar su identidad sexual.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El presidente de la comisi\u00f3n, diputado Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Avil\u00e9s Castro acompa\u00f1ado del secretario diputado Luis Armando Diaz y asesores, escucharon la exposici\u00f3n y argumentos del iniciador Rafael Loera V\u00e1zquez, presidente de la Asociaci\u00f3n de la Familia Natural A.C., acompa\u00f1ado de Alejandro Avil\u00e9s Ortega, jur\u00eddico y de Cinthia Ormart L\u00f3pez, de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Padres de Familia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La propuesta de adici\u00f3n del art\u00edculo 205 Ter al C\u00f3digo Penal establece \u201cuna sanci\u00f3n de siete a 14 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n y de 50 a 200 veces el valor diario de la Unidad de Medida y Actualizaci\u00f3n (UMA) a quien someta, condicione, coaccione, presione u obligue a una ni\u00f1a, ni\u00f1o o adolescente a cambiar o modificar, por medio de cualquier mecanismo de car\u00e1cter externo, terap\u00e9utico o similar, su identidad sexual, en contraposici\u00f3n a su sexo biol\u00f3gico\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El iniciador dijo que lo que buscan es que \u201cesta ley todav\u00eda en estos a\u00f1os, pueda salvaguardar y cuidar a la ni\u00f1ez; que no se coaccionen en ninguna forma a los menores de edad: ni\u00f1ez y adolescencia\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La comisi\u00f3n propuso que la redacci\u00f3n de la adici\u00f3n que refiere a \u201cni\u00f1a, ni\u00f1o o adolescente\u201d se remplace por \u201cmenor de 18 a\u00f1os\u201d, adicionando a \u201cpersonas con discapacidad o que no tengan capacidad para comprender el hecho\u201d; propuesta que fue aceptada por el iniciador.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Acordaron realizar una siguiente mesa de trabajo con ejecutores de la ley como la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado y el Tribunal Superior de Justicia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Integrantes de la Comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales y de Justicia de la XVI Legislatura del Congreso del Estado en conjunto<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_dont_email_post_to_subs":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paywalled_content":false,"_jetpack_feature_clip_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2},"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false},"categories":[48],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-129428","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-congreso-de-bcs"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.2 -
