{"id":130074,"date":"2023-10-17T20:25:53","date_gmt":"2023-10-18T02:25:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=130074"},"modified":"2023-10-17T20:25:53","modified_gmt":"2023-10-18T02:25:53","slug":"aprueba-congreso-cuentas-publicas-de-secretarias-y-organismos-descentralizados","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=130074","title":{"rendered":"Aprueba Congreso cuentas p\u00fablicas de secretar\u00edas y organismos descentralizados"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-130076 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/COM-VIG-ASE-1-DIP-CHRISTAN-AGUNDEZ-231017-1-744x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"353\" height=\"234\" \/>En marat\u00f3nica sesi\u00f3n del martes 17 de octubre, el pleno del Congreso del Estado de Baja California Sur aprob\u00f3 las cuentas p\u00fablicas del Ejercicio Fiscal 2021 del Instituto Sudcaliforniano de Cultura (ISC), Colegio de Bachilleres del Estado (COBACH), Instituto Tecnol\u00f3gico Superior de Ciudad Constituci\u00f3n, las secretar\u00edas de Salud, Educaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica (SEP), del Centro de Estudios Cient\u00edficos y Tecnol\u00f3gicos (CECyTE), as\u00ed como del Instituto Municipal de Planeaci\u00f3n de Los Cabos y del Fideicomiso de Turismo de Los Cabos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Por otra parte tambi\u00e9n fue sometida a aprobaci\u00f3n la cuenta p\u00fablica correspondiente al Instituto Sudcaliforniano de Infraestructura F\u00edsica Educativa (ISIFE) cuyo dictamen fue en sentido no aprobatorio, el cual fue avalado por la asamblea legislativa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El ente fiscalizado incumpli\u00f3 con la obligaci\u00f3n de entregarla en t\u00e9rminos de lo dispuesto por el art\u00edculo 64 fracci\u00f3n XXX de la Constituci\u00f3n del Estado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La Comisi\u00f3n Permanente de Vigilancia de la Auditor\u00eda Superior del Estado que presiden los diputados Christian Ag\u00fandez G\u00f3mez, presidente, Luis Armando D\u00edaz, secretario y la Diputada Mar\u00eda Guadalupe Moreno Higuera, secretaria, present\u00f3 los dict\u00e1menes correspondientes a las dos secretar\u00edas y a los seis entes p\u00fablicos, dict\u00e1menes que fueron sometidos a votaci\u00f3n y aprobados, uno a uno por el pleno.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En esta sesi\u00f3n, la comisi\u00f3n dictaminadora tambi\u00e9n dio primera lectura a los dict\u00e1menes relativos a la fiscalizaci\u00f3n de las cuentas p\u00fablicas del Ejercicio Fiscal 2021, de los fideicomisos de Obras de los Municipios de La Paz y Los Cabos, del Instituto del Deporte del Municipio de Los Cabos, del Fideicomiso de Turismo de La Paz, del Instituto Tecnol\u00f3gico Superior de Muleg\u00e9, del Fideicomiso de Turismo de Baja California Sur, de la Secretar\u00eda de Turismo, Econom\u00eda y Sustentabilidad as\u00ed como del Instituto Municipal de Cultura y las Artes de Los Cabos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En marat\u00f3nica sesi\u00f3n del martes 17 de octubre, el pleno del Congreso del Estado de Baja California Sur aprob\u00f3 las<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_dont_email_post_to_subs":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paywalled_content":false,"_jetpack_feature_clip_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2},"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false},"categories":[48],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-130074","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-congreso-de-bcs"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.1 -
