Anselmo Santo Mendoza Morales como representante del Congreso del Estado de Baja California Sur ante el Consejo de la Judicatura al alcanzar la mayor\u00eda calificada con 18 votos a favor, de conformidad con el art\u00edculo 64 de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria del martes 31 de octubre y como \u00fanico punto a tratar y de acuerdo al proceso de elecci\u00f3n estipulada en la Constituci\u00f3n del Estado, mediante votaci\u00f3n por c\u00e9dula secreta, las y los diputados de la XVI Legislatura eligieron a Anselmo Santo Mendoza Morales para representar al Congreso del Estado ante la Judicatura.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La terna integrada por Lic. Anselmo Santo Mendoza Morales, Lic. Jorge Salinas \u00c1vila y el Lic. Enrique Mayorqu\u00edn fue presentada el Presidente de la Junta de Gobierno y Coordinaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Congreso del Estado (JUGOCOPO) el diputado Rigoberto Mares Aguilar, por lo que, una vez realizada la votaci\u00f3n, con 18 votos a favor, Anselmo Santo Mendoza Morales fue elegido por la mayor\u00eda calificada de las y los diputados, contra 1 voto a favor del Lic. Enrique Mayorqu\u00edn y cero votos para el Lic. Jorge Salinas \u00c1vila.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Finalmente fue el Presidente de la Mesa Directiva, el diputado Luis Armando D\u00edaz quien le tomar\u00e1 protesta al nuevo representante del Poder Legislativo ante el Consejo de la Judicatura.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El pleno de la XVI Legislatura design\u00f3 al C.
