{"id":130589,"date":"2023-11-01T15:52:35","date_gmt":"2023-11-01T22:52:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=130589"},"modified":"2023-11-01T15:52:35","modified_gmt":"2023-11-01T22:52:35","slug":"lanza-congreso-convocatoria-del-v-parlamento-inclusivo-de-personas-con-discapacidad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=130589","title":{"rendered":"Lanza Congreso convocatoria del  \u201cV Parlamento Inclusivo de Personas con Discapacidad\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-130590 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/PARLAMENTO-INCLUSIVO-2-743x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"336\" height=\"222\" \/>La Comisi\u00f3n Permanente de Atenci\u00f3n a Grupos Vulnerables y a Personas con Discapacidad de la XVI Legislatura, presidida por la diputada Teresita de Jes\u00fas Valent\u00edn V\u00e1zquez y las diputadas Mar\u00eda Luisa Trejo Pi\u00f1uelas y Eda Mar\u00eda Palacios M\u00e1rquez, secretarias, en conjunto con el Instituto Sudcaliforniano para la Inclusi\u00f3n de las Personas Con Discapacidad (ISIPD) del Gobierno del Estado y el Instituto Estatal Electoral (IEE) de Baja California Sur, presentaron a medios de comunicaci\u00f3n y sociedad sudcaliforniana, las bases de la convocatoria del \u201cV Parlamento Inclusivo de Personas con Discapacidad\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La presidenta de la comisi\u00f3n, diputada Teresita de Jes\u00fas Valent\u00edn V\u00e1zquez se\u00f1al\u00f3 la importancia de realizar el parlamento, radica en la \u00a0elaboraci\u00f3n de propuestas que se concretan en pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas, reformas y adiciones al marco jur\u00eddico estatal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\u201cHemos trabajado con las instituciones y as\u00ed como hemos logrado acciones legislativas, tambi\u00e9n acciones concretas como el Servicio Nacional del Empleo, donde ya se contratan a personas con discapacidad, playas inclusivas como El Coromuel, credencializaci\u00f3n; la importancia de estos parlamentos radica en la visibilizaci\u00f3n de las personas con discapacidad y sus necesidades\u201d, sentenci\u00f3 la presidenta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En ese tenor, las diputadas Eda Mar\u00eda Palacios M\u00e1rquez y Mar\u00eda Luisa Trejo Pi\u00f1uelas coincidieron con la presidenta al se\u00f1alar que si bien a\u00fan falta mucho por trabajar, existe un avance significativo en la materia; Palacios M\u00e1rquez record\u00f3 la aprobaci\u00f3n para que de manera obligatoria los partidos pol\u00edticos postulen a personas con discapacidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Finalmente se inform\u00f3, que la recepci\u00f3n de propuestas y documentaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 hasta el d\u00eda mi\u00e9rcoles 15 de noviembre en las instalaciones del Congreso del Estado o bien al correo: <a href=\"mailto:parlamentoinclusivo2023@cbcs.gob.mx\">parlamentoinclusivo2023@cbcs.gob.mx<\/a>.
