representaci\u00f3n del Poder Legislativo, el presidente de la Mesa Directiva del Congreso del Estado, diputado Luis Armando D\u00edaz y el presidente de la Junta de Gobierno y Coordinaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica, diputado Rigoberto Mares Aguilar, recibieron este martes el informe del segundo a\u00f1o del Gobierno del Estado (2022 y 2023) de Baja California Sur, bajo la\u00a0 administraci\u00f3n del Gobernador V\u00edctor Castro Cos\u00edo.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">De conformidad con la Constituci\u00f3n estatal, el Secretario General del Gobierno del Estado, Sa\u00fal Gonz\u00e1lez N\u00fa\u00f1ez acompa\u00f1ado de la Secretaria de Finanzas, Bertha Monta\u00f1o, as\u00ed como secretarios y directivos del gabinete estatal, entreg\u00f3 formalmente el documento impreso y versi\u00f3n digital al presidente de la mesa directiva y a los representantes del Poder Legislativo.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">Teniendo como marco la Sala de Comisiones Armando Aguilar Paniagua, el diputado presidente, Luis Armando D\u00edaz, explic\u00f3 que, con base en lo que establece el Art\u00edculo 55 de la Constituci\u00f3n local, el informe se distribuir\u00e1 entre las diputadas y los diputados de la XVI Legislatura, para que en un ejercicio republicano de rendici\u00f3n de cuentas y contrapeso de los poderes, deliberar\u00e1n y solicitar\u00e1n de ser necesario, que algunos rubros se ampl\u00eden y se precisen si hubiera dudas.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">Los documentos que se integran contienen el anexo de obras, anexo de acciones, anexo gr\u00e1fico y estad\u00edstico.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">Por su parte, el Secretario General de Gobierno, enfatiz\u00f3 que en este segundo informe est\u00e1n documentadas las obras, acciones, programas y proyectos desde el primero de septiembre del 2022 al 21 de agosto del 2023 con una estructura basada en el Plan Estatal de Desarrollo de Baja California Sur, con sus cinco ejes vectores y sus cinco transversales.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">As\u00ed mismo, hizo un reconocimiento especial a todo el equipo de trabajo de la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica estatal que integr\u00f3 lo necesario para que este documento oficial estuviera en tiempo y forma. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"LO-normal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u201cBaja California Sur encuentra hoy una transformaci\u00f3n que estamos formando con la cuarta transformaci\u00f3n\u201d, concluy\u00f3 el
