{"id":131146,"date":"2023-11-19T11:58:44","date_gmt":"2023-11-19T18:58:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=131146"},"modified":"2023-11-19T11:58:44","modified_gmt":"2023-11-19T18:58:44","slug":"entregan-propuesta-de-nuevo-reglamento-de-construccion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=131146","title":{"rendered":"Entregan propuesta de nuevo Reglamento de Construcci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-131147 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/FOTO-BOLETIN-SEPUIMM-REGLAMENTO-CONSTRUCCION-755x478.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"340\" height=\"215\" \/>La Comisi\u00f3n Revisora para generar un nuevo Reglamento de Construcci\u00f3n para Baja California Sur en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Direcci\u00f3n General de Planeaci\u00f3n de la Secretar\u00eda de Planeaci\u00f3n Urbana, Infraestructura, Movilidad, Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales (SEPUIMM), entreg\u00f3 el documento revisado por profesionistas e instancias de gobierno, durante las 14 sesiones de trabajo, realizadas en los meses de septiembre y octubre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Lo anterior, forma parte de los compromisos que se establecieron con representantes de los colegios de arquitectos, ingenieros civiles, mec\u00e1nicos, electricistas, top\u00f3grafos, electromec\u00e1nicos y C\u00e1mara de la Industria de la Construcci\u00f3n para incorporar las propuestas de cada uno de los sectores de manera especializada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En este sentido la titular de la SEPUIMM, Carolina Armenta Cervantes, agradeci\u00f3 la participaci\u00f3n para este nuevo documento, ya que las \u00faltimas modificaciones se realizaron hace 18 a\u00f1os, por lo que se encuentra rezagado de las actuales normas y procedimientos que se han incorporado para la generaci\u00f3n de espacios m\u00e1s integrales y seguros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Con la formalizaci\u00f3n de la entrega, el nuevo Reglamento ser\u00e1 revisado por la Consejer\u00eda Jur\u00eddica del Gobierno del Estado y as\u00ed, estar en posibilidades de poder contar con un documento acorde a las necesidades actuales de la entidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De manera general, los representantes de los colegios, destacaron la importancia que el Gobierno Estatal, se haya comprometido y brindado la apertura, para sumar las opiniones de los sectores, lo que esperan, sea una posibilidad real para lograr la publicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Comisi\u00f3n Revisora para generar un nuevo Reglamento de Construcci\u00f3n para Baja California Sur en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Direcci\u00f3n General<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-131146","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-noticias"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
