{"id":131235,"date":"2023-11-21T21:08:52","date_gmt":"2023-11-22T04:08:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=131235"},"modified":"2023-11-21T21:08:52","modified_gmt":"2023-11-22T04:08:52","slug":"proponen-diputadas-teresita-valentin-y-gabriela-cisneros-reformas-a-la-ley-de-nna-para-fortalecer-su-sistema-de-proteccion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=131235","title":{"rendered":"Proponen diputadas Teresita Valent\u00edn y Gabriela Cisneros reformas a la Ley de NNA para fortalecer su sistema de protecci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p class=\"LO-normal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-131236 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/DIP-GABRIELA-CISNEROS-RUIZ-231121-1-743x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"338\" height=\"224\" \/>A fin de fortalecer los sistemas de protecci\u00f3n de la ni\u00f1ez y adolescentes en la Entidad, as\u00ed como del marco jur\u00eddico que operan las instituciones encargadas de la procuraci\u00f3n de justicia y tutela \u00a0de las infancias, las diputadas Teresita Valent\u00edn V\u00e1zquez y Gabriela Cisneros Ruiz, propusieron reformas y adiciones a la Ley de los Derechos de Ni\u00f1as, Ni\u00f1os y Adolescentes del Estado de Baja California Sur.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">La propuesta se analiz\u00f3 y trabaj\u00f3 en diversas mesas de trabajo en el periodo del 28 de agosto al 18 de noviembre en conjunto con las autoridades encargadas de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia como el DIF estatal, la Procuradur\u00eda de Protecci\u00f3n de Ni\u00f1as, Ni\u00f1os y Adolescentes del Estado, los DIF municipales, jueces y juezas, entre otras. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">La propuesta establece las atribuciones, as\u00ed como sus funciones y formas de coadyuvancia de las dependencias y entre las mismas, para lograr el cumplimiento de la Ley.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">Crea y regula la integraci\u00f3n, organizaci\u00f3n y funcionamiento de los Sistemas estatal y municipales de Protecci\u00f3n Integral de los Derechos de Ni\u00f1as, Ni\u00f1os y Adolescentes, establece los principios rectores y criterios que orientar\u00e1n la pol\u00edtica estatal en materia de derechos de ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes, as\u00ed como las facultades, competencias, concurrencia y bases de coordinaci\u00f3n entre el Estado y sus municipios; y la actuaci\u00f3n de los poderes Legislativo y Judicial, y los organismos constitucionales aut\u00f3nomos, adem\u00e1s establece las bases generales para la participaci\u00f3n de los sectores privado y social en las acciones tendientes a garantizar la protecci\u00f3n y el goce de los derechos de ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes, as\u00ed como a prevenir su vulneraci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"LO-normal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"LO-normal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Tambi\u00e9n atiende a una homologaci\u00f3n de la Ley General de Ni\u00f1as, Ni\u00f1os y Adolescentes, y fue actualizada bajo los principios de progresividad y del inter\u00e9s superior de las infancias y adolescentes.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A fin de fortalecer los sistemas de protecci\u00f3n de la ni\u00f1ez y adolescentes en la Entidad, as\u00ed como del marco<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[48],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-131235","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-congreso-de-bcs"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
